Introduction: The age of children is a period where the process of growth and development is taking place. The existence of developmental disorders in children is a serious problem for both developed and developing countries in the world. The importance of monitoring growth and development requires adequate nutrition and nutrition, one of which is vitamin D. Vitamin D is a prohormone that plays an important role in calcium absorption in the intestines and helps harden bones by regulating calcium available in the blood. Objective: to see the description of Vitamin D 25-OH Total in toddlers and children with growth and development disorders. Methods: This study used a descriptive design with a cross sectional approach. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The study was conducted at the Clinical Laboratory of Prodia Kramat in March-April 2021. Results: Levels of D 25-OH were examined from the patient's serum using the DiaSorin Liaison XL device. Other variables measured to determine vitamin D status were appetite, frequency of eating, nutritional adequacy, consumption of vitamin D supplements, outdoor activities, sunbathing, genetic risk factors and environmental risk factors. Data on the results of the examination of total 25-OH vitamin D levels and vitamin D status in respondents were analyzed descriptively, then displayed in tables and described. Conclusion: showed that the majority of respondents who were examined experienced stunting growth and development disorders as much as 76% with vitamin D 25-OH status total experiencing insufficiency as much as 53%.
