ABSTRAK Resiko Perilaku Kekerasan adalah perilaku menyimpang yang membahayakan bagi diri sendiri, orang lain, maupun lingkungan ditandai dengan amuk, gaduh serta gelisah yang tidak terkontrol. Dampak pasien dengan resiko perilaku kekerasan apabila tidak ditangani dapat menyebabkan resiko tinggi mencederai diri sendiri, orang lain dan lingkungan. Salah satu penatalaksanaan masalah keperawatan resiko perilaku kekerasan dengan menggunakan terapi musik klasik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian terapi musik klasik terhadap resiko perilaku kekerasan di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Lampung. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan pra-eksperimental rancangan one grup pre test – post test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah klien skizofrenia dengan masalah keperawatan resiko perilaku kekerasan yang kooperaatif atau stabil dan mendapatkan SP 2 yang dirawat di ruang Nuri Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Lampung. Subyek yang digunakan sebanyak 4 responden. Intervensi tindakan yang diberikan adalah terapi musik klasik, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan instrument lembar penilaian tanda dan gejala resiko perilaku kekerasan, dan SOP terapi musik klasik. Sebelum dilakukan terapi musik klasik didapatkan rata-rata skor tanda dan gejala RPK (Resiko Perilaku Kekerasan) yaitu 75,9 % (kategori RPK berat), setelah dilakukan terapi musik klasik didapatkan rata-rata skor tanda dan gejala RPK yaitu 56 % (kategori RPK sedang). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil implementasi pemberian terapi musik klasik terhadap resiko perilaku kekerasan dapat membantu menurunkan tanda dan gejala RPK kepada subjek penelitian. The impact of patients with the risk of violent behavior if not treated can lead to a high risk of injuring themselves, others and the environment. One of the nursing problems in managing the risk of violent behavior is using classical music therapy. This study aims to determine the effect of classical music therapy on the risk of violent behavior in the Regional Mental Hospital of Lampung Province. The research design used was a pre-experimental approach, one group pre test – post test design. The population in this study were schizophrenic clients with nursing problems at risk of cooperative or stable violent behavior and received SP 2, who were treated in the Nuri room of the Regional Mental Hospital of Lampung Province. The subjects used were 4 respondents. The intervention action given is classical music therapy. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation using an instrument for assessing signs and symptoms of risk of violent behavior, and classical music therapy SOPs. Before classical music therapy was performed, the average score of signs and symptoms of RPK (Risks of Violent Behavior) was 75.9% (severe RPK category). After classical music therapy, the average score of signs and symptoms of RPK was 56% ( medium RPK category). based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of the implementation of classical music therapy on the risk of violent behavior can help reduce the signs and symptoms of RPK in research subjects.
