Tourism has long been considered as one of vital pillars in economic development. It has been an important choice for development in Indonesia, not excluding Bali. Bali Province has varied tourist attractions, which are predominantly based on the spirit of Hinduism. Alas Kedaton, as one of these tourist attractions, situated in Kukuh Village, is seen to be suitably developed as a spiritual tourism attraction. The name Alas Kedaton is derived from the word 'alas', which means jungle, and 'kedaton', which means the palace. This name suggests that this place is 'the jungle where the King resides'. One of the kings who has chosen the Pura Dalem Kahyangan Kedaton as the residence is Sire Dalem. Hinduism views forest not only from its economic aspect, but also from religious point of view that has made it one of the sacred places. This is represented by the existence of temples around a forest.The Pura Dalem Kahyangan is believed to serve spiritual power, as means of avoiding all sorts of dangers, which is indicated by the image of Ganeca and the image of Durga Mahesasurawardani which is believed to provide protection and conquest. Those images are stored inside the Meru Pura, and have served as religious bond for Kukuh Village in a socio-religious bond. Religious tourism is a new trend as a higher quality tourism as it has been able to contribute to socio-cultural aspect with its unique traditions and customs as determinants of regional economic increase, providing employment opportunities, and improving people's quality of life. Therefore, it is a strategic opportunity for the region to accelerate its economic development through spiritual tourism development.

Education is the interaction between educators and learners. Educational interactions are always related to knowledge, potential development, and the cultivation of values, either through the process of learning, guidance or training. In this interaction individuals behave, and behaviors into study materials of educational psychology. Thus the psychology of education is the study of a person's behavior (especially learners) in interacting with the educational environment. A teacher is obliged to understand the psychology of education, considering that teachers interact with students and also others, more often, in the educational process.

Turnover intention is an employee's desire to leave the organization that has not been manifested in a definite action by leaving the organization where the employee is located. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job insecurity and workplace bullying on employee turnover intention at the Seminyak Garden Hotel & Pool. This research was conducted at Seminyak Garden Hotel & Pool which is located on Jalan Raya Petitenget No.7, Kerobokan, Kuta Bali. The number of respondents taken was 47 employees with saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews, literature and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test (partial regression), and F test (simultaneous regression). Based on the analysis, it was found that Job Security has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Workplace Bullying has a positive and significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention. Job Insecurity and Workplace Bullying have a positive and significant effect on Employee Intention Turnover at Seminyak Garden Hotel & Pool.

Village Credit Institutions are quite capable of accelerating the economy of traditional village manners to advance and make a significant contribution to village development. But in the midst of the frenzy of the era of digitalitation revolution 4.0 characterized by automation demanding a movement for renewal in the LPD in order to be able to compete with similar institutions. The fundamental problems of LPD that are most prominent are the capacity of Human Resources in terms of management, use of information technology, especially in the preparation of financial statements. In the digitalization era, every business actor must prepare himself to enter the 4.0 industrial revolution. For this reason, business actors are expected to maximize the use of information technology, one of which is in the preparation of financial statements. However, currently there are not many microfinance institutions that use information technology to carry out the recording of their financial statements. LPD still records finance conventionally. Of course this if it is not immediately followed up will pose a risk of loss in the future. Solution to problem solving is done by conducting socialization, mentoring the preparation of financial statements. The implementation method is carried out in several stages, beginning to provide an understanding of the importance of the use of information technology, conducting training in information technology-based financial report training, lastly assisted to solve problems related to the preparation of financial statements. The hope after this activity ends is that LPD is able to carry out its business activities independently to prepare financial reports and carry out evaluations of business activities and in the long run the LPD will develop and be able to torch accelerate the economy of the local village.

Pemerintah Bali fokus melakukan akselerasi pembangunan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pembangunan ekonomi daerah merupakan suatu aktivitas dimana pemerintah daerah dan masyarakatnya mengelola sumber daya yang ada dan membentuk partnership antara pemerintah dengan swasta untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja baru dan merangsang perkembangan kegiatan ekonomi dalam wilayah tersebut, dalam menunjang aktivitas ekonomi (bisnis) perlu memperhatikan nilai-nilai etika yang sesuai dengan ajaran agama. Penduduk Bali termasuk para entrepreneurnya merupakan pendukung kebudayaan yang dijiwai oleh agama. Sebagai pendukung kebudayaan, peran mereka sangat menentukan dalam tumbuh dan berkembangnya kehidupan agama, kebudayaan maupun akititas pembangunan ekonomi. Pola pokok pembangunan Bali menetapkan kebudayaan yang bernafaskan spirit Hindu sebagai modal dasar pembangunan daerah. Ada dua hal yang saling terkait antara ekonomi bisnis dan etika, bisnis tak dapat dipisahkan dengan sosial budaya dimana etika diimplementasikan. Suatu kegiatan bisnis wajib dilakukan dengan nilai etika yang berlaku dalam masyarakat bisnis.
