The purpose of this study was to identify and obtain information regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the concept of working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses an exploratory case study method and its research approach uses a qualitative method used to obtain information on the strengths and weaknesses of the concept of working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study the number of respondents used was 10 employees of state-owned enterprises (BUMN) in the Denpasar area. For purposes of confidentiality, respondents are given the initials K1 through K10 with semi-structured interview techniques and a list of questions compiled and developed based on the related literature. The results of this study are the concept of work from home provides advantages and disadvantages for employees. The advantage referred to is that employees can save on transportation costs so that this is used to divert transportation expenses to meet household needs and to prevent the spread of Covid-19. While the lack of work from home in this case both in terms of internet costs, home atmosphere distruction and decreased levels of employee motivation in completing work.
This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of competition in the field of providing hotel lodging services, where the growing development of tourism causes the growth rate of tourism accommodation such as hotels to also increase. This causes non-star hotels as one of the providers of hospitality services to also improve to face this competition by changing the system they have in order to still have an advantage over their competitors. In this study using respondents as many as 91 people with quantitative analysis and testing the research path test was carried out using the Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) 2.0 analysis tool. Based on the results of the research analysis, it was found that internal marketing had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had an insignificant positive effect on service quality, and internal marketing had a significant positive effect on service quality. The implementation of this research is to maintain and improve internal marketing by rewarding work performance, to increase job satisfaction by listening more to the suggestions given by employees, and to maintain and improve service quality by always giving personal/special attention to guests who stay and understand the special needs of staying guests. In addition, the results of this study also create a gap for further research, where the relationship between internal marketing and service quality has no significant positive effect.
<p>Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2004 tentang Sistem Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional, menyatakan bahwa seluruh masyarakat menjadi bagian yang sangat penting dari semua pemangku kepentingan yang ada. Sektor UMKM adalah yang paling dipilih oleh publik karena mampu menyerap tenaga kerja yang cukup banyak. Tingkat efektivitas program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan pemerintah daerah dalam merealisasikan program pemerintah.</p>Penelitian tentang Efektivitas Kredit Usaha Rakyat ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Denpasar Utara. Variabel yang dianalisis adalah: 1) Variabel Input, dengan <p>indikator ketepatan program, sosialisasi program dan tujuan program; 2) Variabel Proses, dengan indikator respon petugas, tingkat pemantauan dan tingkat evaluasi; 3) Variabel Keluaran, dengan indikator tingkat pendapatan pengusaha.</p><p>Hasil dari program Efektivitas Kredit Usaha Rakyat terhadap Pendapatan Pedagang UMKM di Kecamatan Denpasar Utara cukup efektif. Peningkatan pendapatan terjadi pada UMKM di Kecamatan Denpasar Utara dan masih memiliki peluang untuk ditingkatkan sebagai bagian dari pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Respon petugas terhadap keluhan pedagang mengenai program Kredit Usaha Rakyat setelah program diterapkan haruslah cepat agar dapat meningkatkan tingkat pendapatan pedagang UMKM.</p><p> </p><p>Kata kunci: Pembangunan Ekonomi, Program Kredit Usaha Rakyat, Paradigma Awal, Efektivitas</p>
<p>The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work safety and work health (OHS) on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on employees performance with the contract status of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Fire and Rescue Office of Badung Selatan. The sample in this study were contract employees in the technical unit of the South Badung Fire and Rescue Service as many as 63 respondents. The analytical tool used is path analysis (path analysis). The results of the analysis explain that the variable of work safety and work health has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, in addition to directly affecting this variable also influenced by job satisfaction as an intervening variable which can be explained that job satisfaction as an intervening variable that links the variables of work safety and work health has a significant positive result on employee performance partially. This means that job satisfaction is not entirely a benchmark in determining employee performance, because the results of this study state that work safety and work health (OHS) are priorities in carrying out work that has a high risk.</p><p> </p><p><strong> Article visualizations:</strong></p><p><img src="/-counters-/edu_01/0628/a.php" alt="Hit counter" /></p>
