This study aims to determine the relationship between the husband's support and the attitudes of women of childbearing age in the early detection of cervical cancer through the IVA test in the Sawan I Public Health Center. The method used in this research is non-experiment, which studies with correlational descriptive research design. The results showed that the p-value was 0.0001. In conclusion, there is a relationship between the husband's support and the attitudes of women of childbearing age in the early detection of cervical cancer in the Sawan I Community Health Center.   Keywords: Husband's Support, Cervical Cancer, IVA Test, Fertile Age Women

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan pemberian posisi Semi Fowler terhadap saturasi oksigen pada pasien PPOK. Desain penelitian menggunakan rancangan One Group Pre-Post Test Design. Hasil penelitian pada 30 responden PPOK menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai saturasi oksigen sebelum diberikan posisi Semi Fowler yaitu 89,47. Setelah diberikan posisi Semi Fowler selama 30 menit, rata-rata nilai saturasi oksigen pasien PPOK mengalami peningkatan yaitu 95,83. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji paired t-test menunjukkan bahwa hasil sig (2-tailed) atau nilai r = 0,0001. Simpulan, terdapat peningkatan antara nilai saturasi oksigen setelah diberikan posisi Semi Fowler. Kata Kunci: PPOK, Saturasi Oksigen, Semi Fowler

This study aims to determine the effect of deep breathing relaxation techniques on oxygen saturation in COPD patients. The research design used a pre-experimental one-group pre-post test design. The results showed that the average oxygen saturation value before being given deep breath relaxation was 90.19, and the average oxygen saturation after being given deep breath relaxation was 93.27. Based on the results of the paired t-test showed that the results of pre and post (0.000) < (0.05). In conclusion, there is an effect of deep breathing relaxation techniques on increasing oxygen saturation in COPD patients.   Keywords: COPD, Oxygen Saturation, Deep Breathing Relaxation Technique

The main objectives of this research were to isolat and identify endophytic fungi antagonists of Candida albicnas from galanga rhizomes. Samples of galanga rhizome were collected from Gitgit plantation in Gitgit village, Buleleng regency. Isolation and identification were conducted in Food Microbiology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University. There were three isolates identified with inhibitory persentage againts Candida albicans i.e. Trichoderma viridae (26.07±3.76%), Trichoderma harzianum (45.11±5.84%) and Fusarium oxyforum (20.11±5.61%).
