The present work is an endeavour in this direction where modificatory role, if any, of Vitamin B-complex has been studied against pesticide-induced mitoinhibition and clastogeny in a common tissue like onion root-tip cells. Materials and methods The role of Vitamin B-complex was checked, when administered concurrently, as well as before and after the pesticide treatment. Five representative dose (ranging from agriculture used concentration to maximum tolerable one) were used.
