Aiming at the problems of high performance piston head can not produced by using casting and hot die forging, the warm extrusion molding method is proposed, based on the analysis of factors influencing for forming, rational scheme of orthogonal experiment was designed, a series of analysis for simulation results by using the range analysis method and comprehensive balance method, the optimal forming process parameters combination are identified, the optimal result are verified by the DEFORM software.
Abstract. This research discusses the workspace of the industrial robot with six degrees of freedom(6-DOF) based on AutoCAD platform. Based on the analysis of the overall configuration of the robot, this research establishes the kinematic mathematical model of the industrial robot by using DH parameters, and then solves the workspace of the robot consequently. In the AutoCAD, Auto Lisp language program is adopted to simulate the twodimensional(2D) and three-dimensional(3D) space of the robot. Software user interface is written by using the dialog box control language of Visual LISP. At last, the research analyzes the trend of the shape and direction of the workspace when the length and angle range of the robot are changed. This research lays the foundation for the design, control and planning of industrial robots.
It has designed a set of equipment which could automatically assemble porcelain insulator. And taking UG NX software as a tool, it has done a motion simulation to the whole perfect binding process, at the same time, it also has done advanced simulations and optimum designs to some important parts. Finally, this equipment could overcome the vibrator’s negative impact, and the coaxial tolerance between steel foot, porcelain and iron cap can be guaranteed less thanΦ1.4mm while the porosity adhesives can be guaranteed no more than 3%, and the fitting efficiency could up to 60 pieces an hour.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
