Tencel fiber is an environmental friendly regenerated cellulose fiber generated using solvent spinning method, which has been widely used in recent years for its good wearability. The experiment of moisture absorption and release properties was carried out in standard atmospheric conditions for different kinds of tencel fiber in this research, and then moisture absorption, moisture release, moisture absorption rate and moisture release rate regression curves were established and compared with those of ordinary viscose fiber. The results showed that the moisture absorption and release properties of different tencel fiber were different for their different processing processes. The moisture absorption equilibrium regain of tencel LF is 8.89%, tencel A100 is 11.44%, and tencel G100 is 10.33%. The moisture absorption ability of tencel A100 is the best, tencel G100 is the second, and tencel LF is the third. The moisture release equilibrium regain of tencel LF is 10.66%, tencel A100 14.12%, and tencel G100 11.47%. Moisture absorption, moisture release, and their rate regression curves are all close to exponential curves.
In order to change surface morphology and contact angle of part, abrasive jet method is discussed in the paper. Glass, steel and titanium are used to study its surface morphology by the processing of abrasive to jet the surface. In addition, the extent of its impact of processing method is studied with different abrasive size. Experiment method and environment are also introduced, and experiment shows that contact angle of glass changes from 14.9° to 93.8° (Titanium and steel also have different degrees of diversification). According to experiment of the method, abrasive jet methods affects contact angle, and it has the value of further research.
Degradation of the wastewater of washing oil tanks after degreasing and minimal treatment by photocatalysis is studied by using a rotating photoreactor and TiO2 photocatalyst of Degussa P25. Effects of irradiation time and pH value on removing efficiency are investigated. The results show that the COD down to about 80mg/L can be achieved at the irradiation time of about 4-5 hours at mild pH valus. At the pH value from 1.5 to 3.2, the COD down to about 80mg/L can be achieved at the irradiation time less than 1 hour, and the COD down to about 20mg/L could be achieved at the irradiation time of about 4 hours at a pH value of about 3.2.
As we know, the garment varied between exaggeration and nature shape, as the supporting part of the tops, which also changed from emphasis to nature. Opening out qualitative and quantitative study on exaggerative shoulder shape was the hot point in the research field of garment construction, which had strong realistic significance. So depending on the warped shoulder shape, this paper selected the warped amount, which was the important effecting factors to the upturned shoulder shape, as research object. Through making up series of sample garments and subjective evaluation system, this article analyzed the effecting of the varying upturned amount to the warped shoulder shape, and got the best data of the upturned amount, which could offer some theoretical supporting to optimize the upturned shoulder shape
