In the process of well completion with mechanical screen to control sand, once the water content of the reservoir increased, the montmorillonite in clay minerals would swell which combined with formation sand has an obvious effect on the plugging of screen pipe in production string. According to the prediction of water production of reservoir, shale expansion instrument was used to establish the relationship between the different water content and swelling properties of montmorillonites and combined with the clogging test of screen under different water content to evaluate the blocking effect of montmorillonite under different water content on the clogging of screen in the process of sand control. It can be found in the experiment that: (1) If the reservoir products water, the expansion height of two kinds of montmorillonites is similar when the water content of oil is less than 10% or more than 20%, the expansion height of montmorillonites is large of which expansion rate can reach to 188% when the water content is between 10 and 20%. (2) Through the simulation experiment of sand control, when the water content is 10 and 30%, the screen blocking is the fastest, and the productivity index per meter is the lowest, the blockage rate is increased by nearly three times when the water content of oil is 0. (3) The influence of concentration ratio of oil and water on the productivity index per meter of metal mesh screen is larger than the swelling of montmorillonites which is mainly reflected in the water content is close to 20-30%. The degree and speed of screen blocking can be reduced by reducing the water content of produced fluid.
Self-conscious emotion regulatory efficacy is very important in regulating and mediating psychosocial function. We developed the Self-Conscious Emotion Regulatory Efficacy Scale (SCERES) to assess self-efficacy in managing shame/embarrassment, guilt, envy, and pride, and tested it using a sample of 674 university students from mainland China. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted to determine the structure of the SCERES. Its internal consistency and stability were evaluated by examining composite and test–retest reliability. Construct validity was also examined. The results showed that the SCERES has good psychometric properties and can be considered a reliable and valid instrument for the measurement of self-conscious emotion regulatory efficacy.
The multistage stimulation technology of horizontal wells has brought huge benefits to the development of oil and gas fields. However, the completion string with packers often encounters stuck due to the large drag in the horizontal section, causing huge economic losses. The local drag of the completion string with packers in the horizontal section is very complicated, and it has not been fully understood by theoretical calculations. A local drag experiment is designed to simulate the influence of microsteps and cuttings on the local drag of the completion string with packers in the inclined and horizontal sections. An obvious increase of the local drag of the packer is found at microsteps of the horizontal section, and the local drag is greatly affected by the amount of sand. In addition, the string with packers will vibrate during the tripping process in the deviated section, and the local drag is different when different amounts of sand are in the hole, but the change law is similar. The experimental results show that the friction coefficients of the packers with different materials in the horizontal section vary greatly, resulting in different local drags. It indicates that the local drag of the completion string not only depends on the microsteps and sand quantity in the wellbore, but also on the material difference of the packers. Only if microsteps and cuttings are removed can the completion string be tripped into horizontal wells smoothly.
