Abstract-The access of distributed generation is one of the important functions for future energy management system. In this paper, technologies with information interaction of devices and energy management system for distributed generation "plug and play" access was analyzed. A "plug and play" control model and its application energy management system were introduced. The proposed system could meet power system connection requirements and operation limitations by guaranteeing the output characteristic of distributed generation. It will provide a reference for future corresponding study.
Based on the stable operation of the intelligent production line for molten salt electrolysis of rare earth oxides, Flink technology is used to monitor the information of equipment, materials and relevant operators in the electrolysis process online, centralize processing and analysis, alert abnormal information in time, use big data analysis technology to make the production elements controllable and in an optimal state, solve the problems of unstable product quality, unstable power consumption and unstable material ratio in the refining of rare earth metals (alloys) that exist in the manual operation of the whole industry, and realize the centralization, digitalization, remoteness and intelligence of rare earth metal smelting.
Deep processing of rare earth powder materials is a traditional labour-intensive industry, and low production efficiency and poor production environment are prominent problems. With the development of wireless communication, low-power chips, artificial intelligence and other technologies and the reduction of its cost, it has provided favourable conditions for the traditional industry to achieve intelligent monitoring and intelligent fault detection to catch up with the current trend of intelligent industrial development. By analyzing and comparing various current intelligent algorithms, it can be applied to the powder material extraction production process, which can improve the automation degree of the extraction production process, reduce resource waste, save costs, and make the production operation more economical and effective.
