In order to reduce the phenomena of long time queuing and congestion in large-scale crowds' activities, improve the visitors' satisfaction and increase social welfare, a multi-stage dynamic coordination model for large scale crowds' activities based on multi-agent is proposed and a coordination algorithm PCI is designed. Three types of basic coordination algorithms are tested by computer simulation, and the simulation results are used to discuss the basic characteristics of the problem. The results indicate that coordination algorithm PCI can reduce the congestion significantly and ensure better social welfare while meeting the real-time requirement.
The main purpose of this paper is to establish a reverse logistics coordination mechanism according to Chinese real conditions. Here we focus on analyzing the situation of e-waste recycling in china. By comparing the advanced experience of developed countries, especially the application of EPR in EU, we try to find out where the problem lies in China. Finally, a model which considers the government regulation is proposed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
