A feasible tuning method for oxygen vacancies was realized by annealing under 3 atm H 2 with (001)-exposed TiO 2 nanosheets. The colored TiO 2 sample exhibits an excellent N 2 photo-fixation rate owing to the abundant oxygen vacancies (OVs) thus demonstrating that annealing with high pressure H 2 is exceedingly efficient for tuning surface OVs.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
