A suitable deposition method of CdS is necessary for the high performance CIGS(Cu(In0.7Ga0.3)Se2.2) solar cells. In this paper, CdS films were deposited onto glass substrates at the substrate temperture of 50°C、100°C、150°C by thermal evaporation, the effect of the temperature were presented. CdS film deposited at substrate temperture of 150°C was annealed at 150°C for 30min. All films were characterized for their morphology, structure and optical property using scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and UV–VIS–IR transmittance respectively. The quantum efficiency of the fabricated solar cells with annealed CdS buffer layer was also enhanced at short wavelength. This new method leads to the improved performance of CIGS solar cells and also simplify the whole fabrication technology.
BACKGROUND It now seems that all pulmonary hamartomas (PHs) are large cystic-solid lesions that are difficult to diagnose. However, few cases of large cystic-solid PHs have been reported. The present case report presents a large cystic-solid PH and provides a literature review of the imaging features, formation mechanism and histopathological basis of PHs. CASE SUMMARY A 53-year-old woman with no clinical symptoms underwent a chest computed tomography (CT) examination at our hospital. Nonenhanced CT images revealed a large, flat tumor with multiple air-containing cysts in the left thoracic cavity and a cystic part confined to the medial side of the tumor; the solid part of the tumor showed abundant fat and lamellar soft tissue components. Multiple small blood vessels were detected in the solid part of the tumor on contrast-enhanced CT images. Given the large size of the lesion, the patient elected to undergo surgery. Histological examination revealed PH. A detailed review of the patient’s CT imaging showed that the lesion had a small vascular pedicle to the left lower lobe, which was a clue to its lung tissue histological origin. According to immunohistochemical staining, the confined multiple air-containing cysts were caused by the entrapment of respiratory/alveolar epithelium. CONCLUSION This case shows the imaging manifestations of a large PH. Heightened awareness of its formation mechanism and histopathological basis may alert radiologists to consider this diagnosis in their daily workflow.
relevance between technological parameter and processing effects in WEDM is extremely complex. In order to solve the difficulty of set up mathematical model for technological parameter and processing effects in engineering ceramics WEDM, an prediction model based on fuzzy logic is proposed through establish fuzzy controller by input/output fuzzification, fuzzy inference and settle fuzzy, whereas, build prediction model of engineering ceramics WEDM surface roughness change according to technological parameter utilizing established fuzzy logic controller in matlab. Laboratory finding shows, utilization of this model can precisely predict surface roughness under preset condition with relatively minus error, which further validate the reliability of this model. Solar collectors are the key components of solar thermal utilization. The comparative tests of solar flat-plate collector (SFPC) and heat pipe evacuated tube collector (HPETC) were done in this paper. The results show that during the low temperature difference range, the heat collecting efficiency of the flat-plate collector is about 2.3 times higher than the efficiency of the heat pipe evacuated tube collector and the heat loss of the flat-plate collector is about 3.2 times bigger than that of the heat pipe evacuated tube collector. Through the analysis, two measures are proposed to improve the efficiency of flat-plate collector and reduce the heat loss in order to make it more efficient in the solar heat pump system.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
