After the surface of nano-CaCO3 was modified with aluminate coupling agent by wet-modification, aluminate coupling agent dosage of 2.5% is the best through activation grade and oil-absorbed value. Then the modifier amount can be regarded as the best dosage that is confirmed by settlement volume in liquid paraffin and the modified mechanism is given in the end of the paper.
Considering the structure feature and working principle of Opposed Piston Opposed Cylinder engine, mathematical model of kinematics relationship for internal-external piston is build. Using ADAMS software to process kinematics characteristics simulation study and comparing the simulation results with traditional diesel engine, it indicate that the OPOC two-stroke engine has better self-balancing character, less kinematics inertial force and cylinder lateral pressure, and is helpful in reducing the frictional power consumption, and improving the noise-vibration smoothness.

Each mechanism is undertook a variety of designs and we choose the best design of each structure according to its functions. Design adopted is as follows: Press feet mechanism adopts the cam-linkage mechanism; Paper separation mechanism adopts the cam-linkage slider mechanism; Paper transfer mechanism adopts the conjugate cam-linkage slider mechanism. The machine is simple, practical and reliable.
