Summary
A case of adenocarcinoma of the third part of the duodenum is described. Presenting symptoms were abdominal pain and iron deficiency anaemia. Two barium meal series failed to adequately demonstrate the lesion, which was finally diagnosed by combined hypotonic duodenography and small bowel enema.
