Juvenile myoclonic epilepsy (JME) is a hereditary, idiopathic, generalised epilepsy and is found in 5%–11% of patients with epilepsy. It is characterised by myoclonic jerks, occasional generalised tonic-clonic seizures, and sometimes absence seizures. JME continues to be under-appreciated and under-diagnosed. Accurate diagnosis is important as it usually responds well to treatment with appropriate anticonvulsants and misdiagnosis often results in unnecessary morbidity. In addition lifelong therapy is usually indicated as the natural history is one of relapse off treatment, even after a prolonged seizure-free period.
Cystic renal lesions are commonly seen on a daily basis in abdominal imaging. Even though most cystic renal lesions are benign simple cysts, complex and multifocal cystic renal diseases are also common with a vast number of differentials. One of the rare mimickers of this condition is renal lymphangiectasia, and the disease can be diagnosed if radiologists are aware of the imaging findings, and this can help the physician to offer the appropriate treatment. We report a case series of five cases in our hospital and also review the literature on renal lymphangiectasia, including its pathophysiology, clinical presentation, imaging appearances, complications, treatment, and differentials.
Electronic-Retailing(E-tailing) is gaining prominence across the globe, duly supported by advancement in technologies and digitization. The e-tailing growth has been driven by increasing smartphone & internet penetration, the launch of affordable 4G networks, the existence of security & logistics infrastructure and growing consumer wealth across the world (World Economic Forum). Exclusive customer offers, promotional campaigns, cashback and redemptions by e-commerce service providers and bankers through online channel have also aided the growth in electronic-retailing. E-tailing is a part of e-commerce, where it deals only with B2C customers. This study will be helpful in identifying influential E-service quality factors that are affecting consumer satisfaction with respect to the online channel. Survey was conducted with a structured questionnaire and responses were elicited from 230 e-tail customers. Both Primary and secondary data are used for this study. Primary data is collected through survey method. Secondary information is gathered from different sources such as online web-sources, newspapers, research journals, industry reports, etc. The study considered e-retailing customers of amazon who made at least one purchase on the website for the last year. Amazon has the highest market share among the e-retailers.The results demonstrated that post-purchase behavior aspects like on-time delivery of the product and providing the exact product at the time of delivery plays a significant role in enhancing customer satisfaction.
Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia (PASH) is a benign mesenchymal tumor-like lesion of the breast. It is commonly seen as incidental background changes of the intralobular stroma in biopsy specimens performed for other breast lesions. Less frequently, it presents as a nodular form that has a benign morphology on imaging, mimicking fibroadenoma or as a diffuse form causing progressive massive gigantomastia. Diagnosis is established by biopsy. Knowledge of the imaging appearance of PASH not only facilitates proper assessment of radiopathological correlation but also helps in deciding further management of these lesions. Occasionally, nodular PASH may have a suspicious appearance on imaging wherein excision biopsy is indicated to exclude a coexisting carcinoma.
