Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrinal disorder which affects females aged between 12 and 45 years. It is the disorder in which the cyst is formed in the ovary. The oocyte does not get mature at its natural which and form a fluid-filled sacs known as cyst. When there are many cysts in the ovary, it is then known as polycystic ovary. It may affect both the ovaries. It causes absent menstrual cycles, weight gain, hirsutism, pigmentation, and decrease in hair volume. There are some studies which say that this is a lifestyle disorder, but the main reason is not known yet. PCOS leads to an obstacle in conceiving. It can be suppressed by some changes in lifestyle patterns such as daily exercise and food patterns. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a science and engineering subject that deals with intelligent behavior. It is a subfield of computer science that has improved human existence in a variety of ways. AI is a combination of reasoning, learning, problem-solving perception, and language understanding. A general introduction to the subject of AI creates a new revolution in the world and creates a great scope in future to describe machines that mimic human nature in association with “cognitive” functions of human mind, such as “learning” and “problem-solving.”AI is the technique in which the human work is totally handled by machines. In various domains, AI has recently outperformed humans, and there is enormous potential in healthcare. The health-care system deals with a massive volume of data that is difficult to examine using standard approaches. AI's success in health-care offers improved illness prevention, detection, diagnosis, and treatment. There are many inventions in machines which can take over the manual work. The AI can reduce the percentage of human error and provides the best and fast result. Together, human people and innovation may pave the road for better health-care services. The ability for a system to automatically learn and improve is provided by machine learning, a branch of AI logically planned. Its main objective is to create new machine learning algorithms that allow users to access specific datasets and use the information for analysis and research the unstructured. Applications of machine learning support significant change, particularly in businesses such as health care that deal with data identification, image recognition, prediction, and identification. Much critical attention has been paid to PCOS screening. In order to address this problem, the current study was created to investigate a noninvasive way to aid in PCOS screening. Our research demonstrates that the suggested algorithm successfully detects PCOS (mean area under the curve of 0.978), suggesting that deep learning may be a potent technique for PCOS identification. In addition, research findings may suggest the exceptional potential of using scleral pictures to diagnose diseases. A fruitful study area may emerge from the integration of AI and characteristics taken from scleral pictures. This article mainly is about PCOS and the role of AI for its diagnosis and better results. The transvaginal ultrasound machine is a noninvasive means of examining the human ovary to show important aspects for PCOS diagnosis. The key characteristics that distinguish ovarian pictures are the number of follicles and their diameters. As a result, PCOS is diagnosed by manually counting follicles and measuring their diameters. This procedure is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and prone to errors. So to make this process easy and error free the introduction of AI is needed.
Long-term exposure to altitude has been shown to have major consequences on metabolic, cardiovascular, and reproductive function. The effects of persistent hypoxia on reproductive health can be studied in a natural laboratory at high altitude. Contrary to popular belief, fertile residents appear to be largely immune to miscarriage. Infertility and recurrent miscarriage have been linked to oxidative stress in women living at high altitudes. Oxidative Stress (OS) affects gametes and their interactions. The regulation of gamete quality and gamete interaction is aided by reactive oxygen species (ROS). ROS has been implicated in oocyte formation, maturation, follicular atresia, corpus luteum function, and luteolysis in numerous human investigations. Pathologies in the female reproductive system that are precipitated by OS are comparable to those that cause male infertility. The quality of the egg and embryo, and consequently the rate of fertilization, is influenced by OS. Assisted reproductive treatments, such as IVF and ICSI, are high-tech procedures used to treat female infertility in a variety of situations. They can help women who are infertile due to causative reasons such as endometriosis or tubal factor infertility, as well as people who are infertile for no apparent reason.
INTRODUCTION:The goal of this study is to determine the is to determine the relationship between adenomyosis and infertility. Although adenomyosis is more commonly discovered in women of reproductive age, its impact on pregnancy rates is significant, especially given the tendency for women in industrialised nation to delay pregnancy. Adenomyosis has been identified in teens. Women between the ages of 35 and 50 are more likely to develop it. There has been at least one pregnancy endometriosis, fibroids in the uterus. Many adenomyosis does not often create symptoms, many women are unaware they have it.female may be affected in 20% to 65%. Adenomyosis is a condition in which some people develop adenomyosis for unknown reasons. Women who have had children are more likely to have illness. We gave a careful examination of the literature data on the influence of adenomyosis on fertility in this article treatment potential consequences on the pregnancy rate will also be discussed. we did literature search, retrieving publication from the PubMet and other Embase and Cochrane database from 1982 to 2019. The adenomyosis and infertility and adenomyosis and pregnancy outcomes were used to find results.CONCLUSION:Despite being a common gynecologic condition, the role of adenomyosis in infertility remains uncertain. It was once assumed to be a symptomatic condition affecting exclusively older women, but it is now being seen in asymptomatic, younger women who are being screened for infertility.
INTRODUCTION: -The lifestyle plays an important role in every person’s life. In an industrial nation or a developing country people usually prefers to modifiable lifestyles according to their surroundings, background and environmental conditions. Lifestyle factors could affect the general health and the wellness of an individual including the fertility. The changes in couple’s lifestyle are directly proportional to the fertility rate. This review highlights both male and female infertility due to their lifestyle choices, which includes the age of starting of a family, obesity, excessive alcohol intake, smoking addiction, drug addiction, stress, clothing choices, lubricants, these lifestyle factors are associated with the infertility rate. There are other environmental factors which are responsible for the damage the fertility and other body organs, which results the decrease in chances of various fertility treatments. CONCLUSION: -This article concludes that lifestyles choice can have a major impact on individual’s fertility and reduced the chances having healthy sexual intercourses which also affects the infertility among them. The goal is to help people understand the impact of their lifestyle choices on daily basis.
Colour is considered an integral element for an indoor and outdoor environment. It is an essential element of our environmental experience and visual perception. It is often connected to, stimulated by, light in the natural or human design environment and accompanies us in different visible ways. They are the substance of how we experience the surroundings, as humans are the centre of concern in designing the architectural environment. It affects individuals differently based upon their age, gender, culture and other biological factors. Colour is a universal visual language appreciated by all. The aim is to utilise colour as an expressive component to emphasise the building character and create unity and harmony.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
