It determines the success of such organizational solutions and strategies that require innovation and creativity of employees, their participation in decisions and taking responsibility. The article presents a tool which diagnosed the level of empowerment in the organization implementing a process organization. The article contains the obtained results of the research, their analysis and assessment of the empowerment level in the analyzed organization and a recommendation for the management board regarding organizational changes.
