Scientific Posters P211 Conclusion: MNET is a rare tumor that may present in the palate as a painless, slow-growing lesion in the first year of life. Imaging reveals a well-circumscribed heterogeneous lesion containing teeth. Routine histopathology is sufficient for diagnosis of completely excised tumors. Complete excision is most likely curative. Management includes attention to the possibility of functional and cosmetic deformity, local recurrence, and metastatic potential, requiring long-term follow-up.
