Peran bisnis dalam berkontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat sudah mulai meningkat. Hal ini salah satunya disebabkan oleh peran pemerintah dalam menjalankan regulasi kebijakan. Peran bisnis dapat dirasakan melalui program tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang bisa dikenal dengan istilah CSR. Program Patratura merupakan salah satu program CSR dari PT Pertamina RU III Plaju, program peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan sampah. Penelitian ini akan melihat keberlanjutan program CSR ini menggunakan analisis Penta Helix. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Objek kajian penelitian ini adalah Program CSR PT Pertamina (Persero) RU III Plaju. Pengelola Program Patratura dan Perwakilan Perusahaan merupakan sumber data penelitian. Sumber data diambil menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perusahaan memerlukan beberapa perbaikan agar program dapat berjalan dengan baik. Peran Perusahaan sebagai inisiator dan peran pemerintah sebagai pendukung kegiatan sudah berjalan dengan baik, akan tetapi peran akademisi sebagai konseptor, peran Community atau komuintas sebagai jaring pengaman keberlanjutan program dan peran media sebagai katalisator perlu diperhatikan.
