AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan antara pernikahan usia remaja dengan ketahanan keluarga. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah Desa Lubang Buaya, Kecamatan Setu, Kabupaten Bekasi, Bekasi, selama bulan Juni 2015 hingga Juli 2015. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pasangan suami/istri yang menikah pada usia remaja yaitu usia 12-21 tahun di wilayah Desa Lubang Buaya, Kecamatan Setu, Kabupaten Bekasi dan masih dalam ikatan pernikahan yang menikah pada bulan januari hingga bulan juni 2011. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 68 responden. Hasil uji normalitas data berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji hipotesis yaitu uji signifikasn koefisien kolerasi adalah signifikan. Koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan rumus korelasional Lamda (a) menghasilkan = 0,2. Hasil hipotesis pada penelitian dan uji mengenai hubungan diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pernikahan usia remaja dengan ketahanan keluarga di wilayah Desa Lubang Buaya, Kecamatan Setu, abupaten Bekasi. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 4%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pernikahan usia remaja 4% mempengaruhi hasil ketahanan keluarga. Kemudian sisanya 96% ditentukan oleh variabel lain.

The termination of the employment relationship between the farmers and the company has changed the shrimp farming pattern in Bratasena Adiwarna. Prior to termination of employment, Bratasena was the largest shrimp exporter in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the competitiveness of Bratasena shrimp exports, after the termination of employment between farmers and companies. In addition, this research also aims to see the contribution of Bratasena shrimp exports in an effort to support the increase in shrimp exports in Lampung Province following the target of Lampung as the National Shrimp Granary. Data obtained by reviewing several primary and secondary documents and in-depth interviews with several sources, namely farmers, the head of the export division of PT. Central Pertiwi Bahari, as well as the Head of the Office of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in Lampung Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with the calculation of RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage) to find the value of Bratasena shrimp export competitiveness and market share analysis to see the contribution of Bratasena shrimp exports to the increase in fisheries exports in Lampung Province. The results of this study indicate that the export competitiveness value is quite strong for Bratasena shrimp exports and the contribution of Bratasena shrimp exports to fisheries exports in Lampung Province is also quite large. However, after termination of employment between farmers and companies, the value of export competitiveness and contribution of Bratasena shrimp has decreased. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence customer satisfaction and their impact on the marketing performance of Home Laundry business in the Region of South Tangerang. This study collected primary data from 87 home laundry workers in the South Tangerang area through the use of questionnaires.Purposive sampling was used to collect the research sample. The Partial Least Squares (PLS) analytical method was used with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of the study showed that price perceptions and digital marketing had a favorable and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The findings further demonstrated that price perceptions, customer satisfaction, and partial digital marketing all had a favorable and significant impact on Home Laundry's marketing performance in the South Tangerang Region.
