Abstrak . Cabai merah merupakan komoditas holtikultura yang sangat digemari oleh masyarakat indonesia. Ciri dan sayuran ini rasanya pedas dan aromanya khas, sehingga bagi orang-orang tertentu dapat membangkitkan selera makan. Permintaan terhadap cabai merah untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari dapat berfluktuasi yang disebabkan karena naik turunnya harga cabai merah yang terjadi di pasar eceran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi naik-turunnya harga cabai merah di Kota Banda Aceh. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kota Banda Aceh dengan objek penelitian adalah Pedagang cabai merah di Kota Banda Aceh. Data yang digunakan adalah primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak variabel produksi, curah hujan, jumlah penduduk, dan jumlah rumah makan berpengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap harga cabai merah di Kota Banda Aceh. Secara parsial variabel curah hujan, jumlah penduduk, dan jumlah rumah berpengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap harga cabai merah, sedangkan variabel produksi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap harga cabai merah di Kota Banda Aceh.Analysis Of The Factors That Affect The Price Of Red Peppers In The City Banda AcehAbstract. The demand for red peppers for daily needs may fluctuate due to the ups and downs of the price of red peppers occuring in the retail market. This research aimed to analyze the factors affecting chili prices in the Kota Banda Aceh city. The location of this research is done in Banda Aceh city, the object of research is red pepper traders in Banda Aceh city. The data used is primary and secondary data. The analytical methods used are classical assumptionbtest and multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously variable production, rainfall, population, and number of restaurants have a positive or significant impact on the price of red peppers in the city Banda Aceh. Partially variable of rainfall, population, and number of restaurants have a positive or significant impact on the price of red peppers while the production variable does not positively affect the price of red peppers in the city Banda Aceh.
Potential water sources such as white shrimp shell waste (Penaeus merguiensis) can be used as a source of chitosan. Chitosan can be applied as an environmentally friendly adsorbent for water treatment because of its ability to adsorb metal ions. In this study, chitosan was isolated through several stages such as demineralization, deproteination, decolourization and deacetylation. The yield of chitosan obtained from this study was 17.73%. Characterization by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) showed the absorption at 3355 cm -1 indicating the presence of amine (-NH2) and hydroxyl (-OH) groups. The absorption of the carbonyl group (-C=O) at 1642 cm -1 disappeared while the absorption of the free amine group (-NH2) at 1590 cm -1 increased indicating the successful deacetylation with a degree of deacetylation (DD) 78%. Application of chitosan in wellbore water did not affect on colour change and decreasing of iron (Fe) content due to low concentration of iron (Fe). However, chitosan can reduce the pH value of water and manganese (Mn) content. The results of ANOVA and DMRT test at 0.05 significance level showed that chitosan with various mass had different effects. The more the mass of chitosan added, the higher the content of manganese (Mn) will decrease.
ZIF-8 has been synthesized with methanol solvent at room temperature (25-30°C), with molar composition of zinc nitrate: 2-methylimidazolate: TEA = 1: 4: 4. Furthermore, ZIF-8 has been synthesized using filtrate from synthesis. Repetition of ZIF-8 synthesis using filtrate from synthesis has been done for six times. The produced samples were investigated using XRD, FT-IR and SEM. XRD pattern showed that ZIF-8 which have been synthesized using reuse filtrate has same peaks with ZIF-8 from first synthesized. FTIR spectra of ZIF-8 showed a peak at 422 cm−1 which indicated the presence of zinc bonded to the nitrogen in ZIF-8. Besides SEM analysis of ZIF-8 particles size whit are synthesized using MeOH and reuse filtrate have yielded that ZIF-8 micropore size. The results showed that the synthesis of ZIF-8 using reuse filtrate was succesfully carried out.
Tanaman nilam (Pogostemon cablin Benth.) merupakan salah satu tanaman penghasil minyak atsiri atau yang lebih dikenal dengan nama Patchouli Alcohol (PA). PA merupakan senyawa yang terbesar di dalam minyak nilam sebagai penentu mutu minyak nilam, kadar PA dalam minyak nilam menurut SNI 06-2385-2006 yaitu minimal 30%. Sampel minyak nilam yang digunakan adalah minyak nilam yang berasal dari Aceh Tamiang. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kadar PA sebelum dan sesudah adsorbsi menggunakan Nanomontmorillonite (Nano-MMT) sebagai adsorben dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan uji warna dan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis Gas Cromatography Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) untuk menentukan kadar PA, mengingat Nano-MMT adalah jenis tanah liat (clay) yang dapat digunakan sebagai adsorben yang mengadsorpsi kontaminan metalik dengan baik dikarenakan Nano-MMT mempunyai muatan negatif yang dapat mengikat spesies yang bermuatan positif kontaminan metalik seperti logam berat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa kadar PA sebelum diadsorpsi 7,74% b/v, dan kadar PA setelah diadsorpsi berkisar antara 4,47%-7,86% b/v, kadar tersebut belum sesuai dengan SNI. Hal ini disebabkan karena banyak hal diantaranya terdapat komponen pengotor berupa kontaminan metalik seperti logam, terjadinya oksidasi, tercampurnya minyak nilam dengan bahan lain, pencemaran wadah penyulingan minyak, dan waktu penyimpanan yang relatif lama.
