This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of the dimensions of organizational justice on the quality of work life of female lecturers at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. In this study, 51 female lecturers were used who were selected using the census method. The analytical method used to prove the truth of the hypothesis is multiple linear regression and t-statistical testing. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis, it was found that distributive justice had no significant effect on the quality of work life of female lecturers at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang during the Covid 19 pandemic, while procedural justice and interactive justice had a positive effect on the quality of work life of female lecturers at the Faculty of Economics.
