This research aimed to analyze the influence the dividend policy proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), leverage the company proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and profitability proxied by Return On Equity (ROE) to return stock in companies manufacturing sub-sectors of the food and drinks listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 20013-2015. This study uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and selected according to established criteria. Model analysis used multiple linear regression. From the analysis of the following results, dividend policy (DPR), the company's leverage (DER), profitability (ROE) either partially or simultaneously has no effect on stock returns
The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of Avoskin Instagram Skincare followers' purchase intention by using electronic word of mouth to act as an independent variable with brand image as a mediating variable. This study uses followers of Avoskin's Instagram social media account as a population, aged at least 18 years. Non-probability sampling and purposive sampling methods were used as sampling techniques with a total sample of 170 respondents. Data collection was carried out through online questionnaires as a survey method. SEM (Structural Equation Model) is used as a data analysis method with the PLS technique using the SmartPLS software. The findings obtained by the researchers indicate that the application of electronic word of mouth on the Avoskin online social platform has a positive effect on the purchase intention Avoskin skincare products. Furthermore, brand image is able to be a positive mediation on the correlation of electronic word of mouth on purchase intention.
The problem that is faced by Islamic boarding school-based MSMEs is capital constraints. This capital constraint is due to the lack of information on MSME actors about how to apply for credit and how to utilize financing funds. Financial inclusion can be realized, there is a need for parties who have direct contact with the community, especially the lower middle class in terms of distributing micro credit. Therefore, the role of sharia banking and sharia cooperatives needs to be increased to increase the growth of MSMEs in Malang City, especially Sharia-based MSMEs so that financial inclusion can be realized. Based on the results of a survey conducted through the Cooperatives and MSMEs Offices, there are about 25 Sharia cooperatives with several criteria, namely cooperatives in Malang City that are legal entities. The multiple regression was chosen to be carried out in this research activity. The results of the study show that the good performance of an MSMEs can be seen from its entrepreneurial orientation because the increasing spirit of entrepreneurial orientation will motivate MSMEs to make innovations and be ready to face all possible risks in the future.
This study aims to prove whether there is an influence of interest and utilization of learning resources on the achievement of vocational high school students in Turen, Malang Regency. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive correlational method. The entire population was used as the research sample, namely 101 students of class X Office Governance Automation at SMKN 1 Turen. The data analysis technique used SPSS 25.00 for multiple linear regression analysis, t test and chi-square. The results of descriptive data show that students have sufficient interest and use of learning resources. Based on the hypothesis test, partial results were obtained, namely the interest and utilization of student learning resources had a sig value. > 0.05. The results of the study prove that interest and utilization of learning resources have no significant effect on student achievement.
