The article examines the mechanism of constructing political dispositions of modern Russian youth, the main element of which is Internet communications. In the information society, the former institutions of political socialization (school, universities, family) are pushed to the periphery, which forms multidirectional scenarios of political socialization. An empirical analysis of the influence of online consumption on the structural elements of the political culture of young people is carried out within the framework of a sociological study, basic discourses and possible trends in the development of political loyalties of modern Russian youth are revealed.
