Background: Examination of thyroid scintigraphy or thyroid gland scintigraphy is a nuclear medicine examination using radioactive substances or radiopharmaceuticals that are inserted into the body through intravenous injections which aim to obtain functional morphological imaging of the thyroid and to assess the ability of the thyroid gland to capture radioactive substances or radiopharma-ceuticals.Methods: This imaging prosedure using Tc-99m (Technisium-99m) radiopharmaceuticals as much as 2-5 mCi. To get maximum results, patients are asked to stop taking drugs that can interfere with iodine accumulation in the thyroid gland.Results: Imaging was carried out 10-15 minutes after injection of the radiopharmaceutical. Marked with the thyroid cartigalo, jugulum and surgical sutures. The scanning process lasts for 5-10 minutes.Conclusions: The imaging results of hot nodules are generally identical to autonomic thyroid nodules, about 10-30% of cold nodules are found in the thyroid malignancy process while the rest are thyroid cysts.
Coronary heart disease is caused by narrowing or obstruction of the arteries that supply blood to the heart muscle. In establishing a diagnosis of heart disease, a precise and accurate radiological examination is required. Parameters are needed in Computed Tomography (CT) angiography to support the diagnosis with a radiation safety. This research is a qualitative study with an observational survey approach was conducted at Hospital in Semarang on 30 patients with CT cardiac angiography examination. The research data obtained are image of CT cardiac angiography and calcium scoring which is then performed a descriptive image analysis. The results of the examination 30 patients obtained the calculation of the value of the heart blood vessel LAD, RCA, LCX. Calcium Score calculation is automatically by the software. Samples were found to have abnormal calcium scoring values are 23 of 30 samples, from low to high. Corelation of calcium scoring with image anatomy in coronary heart disease is characterized by the presence of palque with high calcium scoring >100, the perfusion model results have decreased function on the calcification scale, and there is a stenosis image on CT with contrast media and 3D images on one or more LAC, RCA, LAD, RCX, or LCX.
Alat transportasi kendaraan bermotor sangat memudahkan manusia dalam melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan, tetapi di sisi lain penggunaan kendaraan bermotor menyebabkan akibat buruk bagi kesehatan yang disebabkan oleh gas buang dari hasil pembakaran bahan bakar yang tidak terurai dengan sempurna. Salah satu zat pencemar udara yaitu Timbal (Pb) yang dihasilkan dari pembakaran yang kurang sempurna pada mesin kendaraan. Pesatnya perkembangan kendaraan di Kota Semarang berpotensi terhadap pencemaran udara yang dapat memberikan efek negatif terhadap kesehatan masyarakat pengguna jalan. Pengendara ojek motor online yang berada di stasiun Tawang merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang beresiko tinggi terpapar polutan karena mereka bekerja di jalan raya yang banyak dilewati kendaraan bermotor. Tingginya kadar Pb dalam darah dapat menghambat proses pembentukan hemoglobin (Hb) dan menyebabkan penyakit anemia. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh responden sejumlah 52 orang (100%) tidak terindikasi penurunan kadar Hb dan penyakit anemia
