The aim of this paper is to investigate whether the relationship between risk management and firm performance. Risk disclosure and leverage are the measurements of risk management. Tobin's Q is proxy for firm performance. This study use panel data from 36 listed companies during 11 years from the period 2007 to 2017 with 396 observations. The result from the STATA program is shown that risk disclosure has significant impact on Tobin's Q. Leverage has a Positive correlation on Tobin's Q. Both the variables of risk management have a relationship to increase firm performance.

Corporate reputation becomes more important for the investor to make the decision. Reputations reflect to the company's image from the perception and the information from the annual report. The study aims to examine the relationship of corporate reputation on firm performance. Bond rating is one proxy of corporate reputation. Company performance proxied by Tobin's Q and Return on Asset (ROA). This research use sample population from 396 observations on listed companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data has been taken from the period 2007 to 2017 on finance companies and non-finance companies. Method analysis for panel data used regression with STATA program to test the estimate pool least squares (PLS), the Fixed Effect Model (FE), and The Random Effect Model (RE). The finding results are shown that corporate reputation has a positive correlation on Tobin's Q and ROA as proxies of firm performance.

Digital revolution is transforming the way customers access financial products and services. Since 2017, the number of investors in the Indonesian capital market, based on Single Investor Identification (SID), has increased significantly. This is due to the emergence of digital platforms in mutual funds trading. This study aims to determine the impact of the Digital Mutual Fund Platform on the development of investment in the capital market which includes the number of investors, values and volume of investment, and the number of companies listed on stock exchange. Analytical method used is descriptive qualitative by analyzing, describing, and summarizing the data obtained. The results showed that in December 2021, number of capital market investors was 7,489,337 investors, an increase of 569% compared to 2017, and trading volume reached 5.096 billion shares. The number of companies listed on IDX at the end of 2021 are 766 companies. More than 73.99% of Single Investor Identification (SID) have investment accounts in fintech selling agents, that used digital mutual fund platforms in running their business. This shows that the Capital Market growth is affected by the development of digital platforms in mutual funds trading.

The objective of this research creating a system of digital marketing or the famous e-commerce application for online stores. The application uses a website to make it accessible to the customer to make orders from other places. The benefit of using online purchases is the customer reduces cost and efficiency. Moreover, digital marketing will influence small businesses in the long term and in the future small and medium enterprises (SME).

Amplang MSME have difficulty promoting their products and need an alternative sales system as a promotional medium. As a solution, the service team developed a web-based application 'eAmplang'. Activities carried out by the process of designing applications, testing and publication through domains and hosting with the site https://amplang.eminat.store, as well as socialization of applications to MSME Sinar Terang and Nazwa. This application is very useful for expanding product marketing and product introduction to the public and supporting the sustainability of MSME businesses in digital competition.
