Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan Bantuan Manajemen Usaha dan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) kepada para mitra atau UKM kami yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan pupuk organik cair sebanyak 2 orang, pupuk ini dibuat untuk mendukung budidaya bunga di desa Banyuurip, Gresik. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah memberikan pendampingan TTG, peralatan produksi dan pengemasan, serta pendampingan manajemen dalam peningkatan kualitas produk dan kuantitas produk, serta memberikan pelatihan pengemasan produk, pemasaran dan pengelolaan keuangan agar UMKM mampu berproduksi dan menjual produk, karena selama ini mereka belum mampu melakukannya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah menyediakan peralatan produksi untuk menambah kuantitas produk berupa tong dan botol, sehingga kapasitas produksi meningkat dari 38 liter menjadi 300 liter per periode produksi. Selain itu beliau juga memberikan TTG berupa Alat Penghapus untuk produksi pupuk cair organik sehingga produksi menjadi lebih cepat dan berkualitas. Increasing the Quantity and Quality of MSME Products of Organic Liquid Fertilizer in Banyuurip Village, Gresik Regency The purpose of this activity is to provide Business Management Assistance and Appropriate Technology (TTG) for our partners or SMEs engaged in the manufacture of organic liquid fertilizer as many as 2 people, this fertilizer is made to support flower farming in Banyuurip village, Gresik. The implementation method used is to provide TTG assistance, production and packaging equipment, as well as management assistance in improving product quality and product quantity, as well as providing training on product packaging, marketing and managing finances so that MSMEs are able to produce and sell products, because so far they have not able to do. This service activity has provided production equipment to increase the quantity of products in the form of barrels and bottles, so that production capacity increases from 38 liters to 300 liters per production period. In addition, he also provided TTG in the form of an Eraser Tool for the production of organic liquid fertilizer so that production becomes faster and of higher quality.

This research describes whether the social presence can be obtained from online learning of distance education setting. Data in this study employed questionnaire adapted from Rovai (2002) which identified 3 aspects of social presence, namely connectedness aspect, learning aspect, and socio-emotional aspect. Data was taken from 70 students who participated in an 8-weeks online learning. The results showed that all aspects have positive attitudes from students’ point of views. The students experienced connectedness aspect, learning aspect, and socio-emotional aspect in online learning regardless the learning situation which was mostly text-based setting. The processed sea is one of the livelihood commodities in the fishing village of Surabaya. The production process includes cleaning, drying, cooking, and packaging activities. One of the problems faced is in the drying process. Dry on the highway makes the product unhygienic. Horizontal drying areas have a limited area for drying. The solution given to this problem is a multifunctional vertical drying area. Vertical drying racks can increase the quantity of drying up to 5 times. Product quality can also be improved because there is no drying on the edge of the highway which causes the product to be less hygienic. The multifunction of the drying area is obtained from 3 main functions: a drying place, a storage area, and an oven. The use of metal material aims to make the drying place have a longer life than bamboo. The use of metal angled holes is intended so that the distance between rack levels can be adjusted to the needs and can be added or reduced. The increase in the quantity and quality of production in the drying process is expected to increase the profits of the business of processed marine products in the Surabaya fishing village.
