Purpose The purpose of the present article is to highlight the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics in the tourism industry. The various technologies being integrated to improve the service and customer experience in tourism. The expected changes and challenges in tourism in the future are focused in this paper. Design/methodology/approach A systematic study on the emerging technologies of AI and Robotics applied in the tourism sector is presented in the form of a viewpoint. Findings AI certainly enhances tourism experiential services however cannot surpass the human touch which is an essential determinant of experiential tourism. AI acts as an effective complementary dimension to the future of tourism. With the emergence of artificial travel intelligence, it is simpler to make travel arrangements. AI offers travel services that are automated, customized and insightful. AI allows travelers to learn about their behaviors, interests to inclinations and provide a personalized experience. Gone are the days to consult a travel agent, meet him physically and indulge in an endless chain of troubling phone calls to inquire about travel arrangements. Practical implications Tourism marketing to see a positive and improved change that will enhance the tourists’ overall experience due to the application of AI and Robotics. New emerging technologies like chatbots, virtual reality, language translators, etc. can be effectively applied in Travel, Tourism & Hospitality industry. Originality/value The present viewpoint discusses the application and role of AI and Robotics with the help of relevant industry examples and theory. The present paper highlights the different technologies being used and will be used in the future.

An attempt has been made to develop an algorithm for banks to check the credibility of borrowers to avoid nonperformance assets. People move towards different banks for loan purpose to fulfil their financial needs. Approaching bank for loan is increasing day by day mainly for child marriage, education, agriculture, business, home loan etc. Some people take the loan and they won’t pay back in time or some will move out of the country without any intimation, so that bank will go in loss. Even now in covid-19 pandemic many industries were closed but they need to give salary to the employees, need to pay rent and electricity bills too for that they will approach bank for loan. For all these cases bank first need to analyse their Credit Information Bureau India Limited score and check whether they had done loan repayments in appropriate time or not. In the present work the effectiveness of K nearest neighbor algorithm were analysed. This research were carried out using python. The accuracy of this classifier is analysed using following metrics such as Jaccard index, F1-score and LogLoss. This helps to find the potential of the customer which is much higher than the data mining classification algorithm and thus it helps in sanctioning loans.

Covid-19 pandemic enhances different opportunities in different sectors. This pandemic also affected many sectors which reduced the growth. Mainly, we are focusing on the agriculture sector which is the main sector that affects on nation’s economy. Covid-19 used to have a major impact on agriculture and agro-industries. The harvest for agricultural products was accomplished, yet farmers were hampered in certain areas leading to a shortage of workers. In this research paper, we are going to discuss the impacts on the agriculture industry. Whereas the disease outbreak poses several immediate challenges again for the agriculture industry. This also provides the opportunity to accelerate reforms inside the food and agriculture sectors in order to further increase their adaptability in face of a variety of challenges, namely changes in the environment. However, there is sufficient evidence to conclude where the Covid-19 disease seems to have a significant influence on the farming and agriculture industry.
