This study aims to describe the aspects related to nursing care in cardiovascular complications of COVID-19. This is an integrative literature review, carried out in March 2021, through the search for articles in the scientific databases, published between January 2020 and February 2021. For the treatment of the data, the analysis technique was used of content 04 complete original articles were selected that answer the central question of the research and that were organized in three categories according to the evidences found. The analysis of the literature shows that the articles address nursing care through teleconsultation, nursing care in the cardiac complications of COVID-19 and nursing management in a cardiological unit in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is concluded that nursing has a wide field of action in the front line and great challenges are faced when dealing with a new disease. The losses of COVID-19 to the cardiovascular system are present in the short and long term and nurses play an important role in the prevention, diagnosis, monitoring, treatment and rehabilitation of heart diseases.Letícia Almeida de Assunção et al.
As úlceras venosas representam um sério problema de saúde pública, elas são responsáveis por significativos índices de morbidade e mortalidade e também são a causa de lesões prolongadas que demandam um longo tratamento complexo. Além de serem recorrentes, incapacitantes e repercutirem de forma severa na vida dos portadores. Objetivo: Identificar e descrever o perfil clínico dos pacientes com úlcera venosa incluindo também a prevalência de idade e sexo. Metodologia: Estudo com abordagem descritiva com aspecto qualitativo, tipo Revisão Integrativa de Literatura. Resultados: Através da pesquisa realizada, foram selecionadas 22 produções científicas, dentre elas 17 artigos científicos e 5 teses, abordando sobre o perfil clínico dos portadores de úlcera venosa. Conclusão: Os resultados deste estudo reforçam a predominância das úlceras venosa na população feminina, idosa, com comorbidades associadas como hipertensão arterial sistêmica, diabetes mellitus, insuficiência venosa crônica e sobrepeso/obesidade, lesões localizadas na zona 2, durante um período maior que 6 meses, com pequena quantidade de exsudato seroso, sem odor, prevalecendo tecido de granulação e esfacelo.
