One of factor in the failure of the breastfeeding process is maternal anxiety. Anxiety during breastfeeding will block the letdown reflex so that milk production decreases. The Efforts to reduce gold can be done with endorphin massage. Other benefits of breastfeeding more often will accelerate uterine involution. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of endorphin massage on anxiety and the process of involuntary uterine maternal uterine. This type of research is quasi-experimental with a pre-post test with control group design. The population is all normal postpartum mothers in District 1 and 2 District Health Centers in Grobogan District. The sample number of treatment group 13 and control group 13 was taken by simple random sampling. Data analysis with Independent t-test. For the control group, care was taken according to the standards in service, namely counseling for postpartum mothers on how to breastfeed, massage of uterine fundus. The results of the study before treatment most of the respondents experienced moderate anxiety (69%), and average fundal uteri height of 10.5 cm. The independent t test showed that there was an effect of endorphin massage on anxiety level (p value = 0.001) and there was no effect on uterine involution (p value = 0.302). Endorphin massage done by husbands to postpartum mothers contributes very well in reducing maternal anxiety, increasing self-confidence for the need to be socialized to the community, especially postpartum mothers and husbands to always be able to cooperate and support each other for the health and welfare of mothers and babies.

Maternal Mortality Ratio is an important indicator to determine the degree of public health. causes of maternal death in Indonesia is the most common cause of obstetric direct and indirect maternal deaths due to hemorrhage, eclampsia, complications of abortion, sepsis postpartum, obstructed, including anemia (Depkes RI, 2009). According to data from the Genuk public health center in 2014 the number of hemoglobin levels pregnant women examined 303 people with anemia pregnant women 131 votes (43.23%), while in 2015 the number of hemoglobin levels pregnant women examined 721 people with anemia pregnant women 358 votes (49.65%) so that in the last 2 years an increase in maternal anemia (PHC profile Genuk, 2015).The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving sweet potato consumption to hemoglobin levels in third trimester pregnant women. This study uses quasi experiments. The population of this study were TM III pregnant women at the Genuk Health Center, Semarang City using total sampling technique. The results showed that the consumption of sweet potatoes influential to increase the hemoglobin level of pregnant women was indicated by p value 0,000.Expected that midwives can improve health services, especially to overcome anemia in pregnant women by providing health education about the benefits of sweet potatoes as an alternative food ingredient that can increase maternal hemoglobin levels and prevent anemia. Midwives can also encourage pregnant women to consume other food sources one of them is by consuming sweet potatoes
In Indonesia, a significant number of tuberculosis (TB) cases may be missed, due to the low sensitivity and specificity of the currently used diagnostic algorithm. In this regard, the rapid molecular test using Xpert MTB/RIF, which has recently been introduced in Indonesia, can improve case detection. Thus, this study determined the cost and affordability of incorporating Xpert MTB/RIF testing for TB diagnosis. For this purpose, we estimated the costs (from the health system and societal perspectives) of reaching the TB detection target in Depok municipality, and applied the findings to the West Java province of Indonesia. The resources available for the health and TB program were also analyzed to support the decision to scale up the TB diagnosis using Xpert MTB/RIF testing. According to the results, the unit cost for TB diagnosis per person was USD 27.22 and USD 70.16 from the health system and societal perspectives, respectively. To reach the target of 109,843 TB cases for the 2020–2024 time period, Depok municipality would need USD 2,989,927 and USD 2,549,455 from the health system viewpoint, assuming the machine’s lifespan of five and 10 years, respectively. Extrapolating these results to the West Java province, USD 56,353,833 would be necessary to test 2,076,413 cases from 2019 to 2024. However, in order to accelerate the case detection target up to 2024, West Java requires additional funds. The implication of the findings is that the central government must consider local capacity to accelerate TB case detection and ensure that the installation of Xpert MTB/RIF machines is included in the overall costs.
Enacted Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages can be a solution to the problem of disparitybetween cities and villages. Balesari is one of the villages in Windusari District which has anarea of 387 ha or about 3.34 percent of the area of Windusari District. The population ofBalesari is 2,788 people. The approach used is a case studywith interactive model analysis techniques. Research location in Balesari Village. Thetechnique of collecting data through interviews and observation. This research has a veryimportant meaning because it has a contribution to the discovery of the root cause of theproblem of not optimal development of rural areas in Indonesia. The results of the research inthe field show the results: (1) Calculation of Balesari village potential using the VillageDevelopment Index of 48.72119 means that villages have availability and access to basicservices, infrastructure, accessibility or transportation, public services and minimalgovernment administration; (2) Local government policies in controlling tourismdevelopment in Balesari Village do not yet exist; (3) Community activities in zalaccagardening and raising livestock can be packaged as one of the tourist attractions.
