Third-party logistic provider (3PLP) companies play a major role in supply chain management (SCM) by carrying out specialized functions—namely, integrated operation, warehousing, and transportation services. Taking sustainability issues into consideration makes reverse logistics even more significant. In this paper, a combination of sustainability and risk factors was considered for third-party reverse logistic provider (3PRLP) evaluation. Initially, fuzzy step-wise weight assessment ratio analysis (Fuzzy SWARA) was applied for weighing the evaluation criteria; then, Fuzzy multi-objective optimization on the basis of ratio analysis (Fuzzy MOORA) was utilized for ranking the sustainable third-party reverse logistic providers in the plastic industry in the second step. Findings highlight that quality, recycling, health, and safety were the most important criteria in economic, environmental, and social dimensions of sustainability, respectively. Telehealth literature has grown over the years to be a substantial body of work. However, research still highlights problems in extracting value from telehealth activities. In this paper, we analyse the telehealth literature over the period 2000–2015. The methodology focuses on paradoxes or surprises in the findings. We explain the lack of an operating model for telehealth as a debilitating feature of its history. We also note that many of the barriers cited in the literature have not changed over the period. We call for a focused research agenda on telehealth that provides clear evidence for some of the benefits such as cost savings and patient benefits. If telehealth activities are to progress, fundamental issues need to be addressed both in research and practice. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

Crude oil supply chain is extremely complex and vulnerable to various risks. Clear understanding of these risks can help supply chain managers to make effective decisions. This paper identifies main risks related to crude oil supply chain and implements decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method to determine the interdependency between risks and then applies analytic network process (ANP) method to evaluate the importance of each risk and to determine the best response strategy. The results show that the most important risk area is the regulatory and environmental risks and that the transference and cooperation policy is rated as the best response strategy. Contributions of this paper are fourfold: (1) it provides a comprehensive framework of risks that need to be considered in crude oil supply chain risk management (SCRM) context; (2) it shows how DEMATEL can be applied to analyze the interdependency between risks; (3) it illustrates how various risks and risk management strategies can been assessed through the ANP approach to aid managers in their decision making processes; and (4) most important contribution is customization of crude oil SCRM in Iran.
