Padang menus restaurant business is one of the many culinary businesses that we find in Indonesia, especially in Tangerang. Padang business restaurant competition is also quite tight, to be able to increase sales of Padang menus offered by the Padang Kutabumi restaurant, the researchers develop a prototype of a web-based food ordering system at the Padang restaurant located near the PKBM Paja Mandiri location. Data collection methods used in this research were interviews and observations to the restaurant, the analysis system method used SIPOC, the system design method using SDLC using UML diagrams. To get the best results that users want, developed applications are tested with black box testing. The application of e-business is expected to improve service to customers, can increase food sales at the Kutabumi Padang restaurant and is one of the ebusiness lessons for Paja Mandiri PKBM students.
The decision support system (DSS) for employee performance appraisal is a decision support system used in the employee performance appraisal process at PT. Surya Toto Tbk. Currently, the employee performance appraisal process still done manually (paper-based) so that the reports produced were not real-time. From the existing problems, this research aimed to analyze and design a decision support system according to the existing criteria using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to be able to develop into a Web-based DSS. The method used began with communication with management, especially the perpetrators of employee performance appraisals. Furthermore, planning, the process of data collection, analysis, design, and finally making reports carried out. The conclusion of this study provided a suggestion to use the criteria that had given two more criteria. By giving weights and calculations carried out for three employees, the value obtained for employee C got the highest score (0.98) followed by employee B, and the lowest score (0.85) was employee A.
Human are always faced with taking a decision. It also happens to a company in the process of determining which employees. In determination the production plan required a lot of considerations in case of taking decisions. Beside that, the number of employees in a company is to determine who get the production plan of the achievement. System is made to determine employees who will get benefits achievement based on the some criteria have been determined by the company. These criterias will be used as fuzzy input which also process a called fuzzy variables. In this research will construct decision support system by using fuzzy logic with fuzzy variables input that are productivity, quality tabbing and discipline. In of fuzzy logic method there are three stages, namely stage fuzzification, inference and deffuzification. At this stage of the fuzzy inference used the Sugeno method. The results of this experiments has performed that the system is able to display the production planning data for the calculation of the value of production that have been determined based on fuzzy logic with fuzzy variables. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka membantu warga masyarakat kelurahan Batuceper untuk dapat memiliki kemampuan membuat kerajinan tangan sebagai salah satu solusi untuk menciptakan ide memperoleh pendapatan tambahan. Saat ini banyak warga masyarakat mengalami penurunan pendapat khususnya warga masyarakat yang memiliki pekerjaan informal yang diakibatkan karena aktifitas mencari rezeki yang terbatas karena diberlakukannya PPKM (Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat) selama masa pandemic covid-19. Sasaran aktifitas pelatihan pembuatan kerajinan tangan kalung masker adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga warga kelurahan Batuceper Kota Tangerang, yang ingin menumbuhkan kemampuan dan jiwa kewirausahaan serta keterampilan diri dalam membuat kerajinan tangan yang memiliki nilai jual. Proses pelatihan dilakukan selama 3 hari dan peneliti telah melakukan survey berkaitan dengan hasil pelatihan yang telah dilakukan dan didapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan harapan dimana peserta pelatihan memiliki kemampuan dalam membuat kerajinan tangan kalung masker dan memahami bahwa hasil karyanya dapat dijual untuk menjadi salah satu sumber pendapatan tambahan keluarga.Kata Kunci: pelatihan, kerajinan tangan, kewirausahaan, kalung masker
For companies that use information systems or websites in their business activities, server maintenance is an important thing. For this reason, the selection of a server maintenance vendor is crucial. Vendor determination usually begins with gathering information and holding a leadership meeting based on the assumptions of the decision maker. But this method is time consuming and less objective. Vendor selection is a multi-criteria problem where each criterion has a different importance. This can be solved by using the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach. Weighthet Product (WP) is one of the methods of solving MCDM. The purpose of this research is to develop a decision support system to determine the best maintenance vendor using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The system is built using a waterfall system development approach that starts from analysis, design, coding and testing. The developed system has the ability to manage alternatives, criteria, alternative assessments, calculations with WP, and displays the best alternative results with WP. From the results of black-box testing, it shows that the developed system can function and run well. In addition, the results of manual calculations with the system show the same results.
