Cayenne pepper as an agricultural commodity has distinctive characteristics that are not available every time are difficult to store for a long time and prices tend to fluctuate. The implication is that chilies require a treatment such as supply chain management well and post-harvest treatment such as dried or mixed material for processing industries. This study aims to describe the pattern of product flow in the cayenne supply chain in Gorontalo. The study used the survey method and sampling using a purposive sampling technique to farmers and traders. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and Hayami added-value analysis. The results of the research show that the product flow pattern in the cayenne supply chain is a product distribution in the form of fresh cayenne pepper and dried cayenne pepper. Farmers sell fresh cayenne through collector traders, wholesalers, market traders and directly to retailers. While processing and distributing dried cayenne by retailers. The added value created by every kg of fresh cayenne pepper is Rp 1,126,688 or 90.27% of the production value. Hayami’s additional analysis shows that the added value in every one kg of dried chili is Rp. 7,400 or 59.20% of the value of the product. The rate of profit is 58.1% of the value of production, meaning that every 100 kg of production value will be obtained as much as 58.1 kg of profit.
Due to its role in fulfilling the community's need for nutrition and a strategic economic commodity, beef is considered pivotal. The early system of beef commodity distribution obliges manufacturers to process beef in several stages, starting from beef cattle farmers to retail beef traders, beforeit reaches consumers. Such a long beef supply chain is allegedly one of the causes which bring about its expensive price, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Accordingly, this research aims to collate a beef supply chain strategy during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This research was conducted in GorontaloIndonesia in June-August 2020. Sampling was done using the snowball sampling technique, from the farmers, traders, and butchers. Data analyzed in this research were primary and secondary. The data analysis used was the SWOT analysis. Our findings led us to formulate four beef supply chain strategies, i.e., 1) SO strategy: developing beef cattle breeding centers, delivering technical guidance and intensive socialization to farmers, developing reliable and sustainable institutional partnerships, and socializing agricultural waste-based food processing technology to farmers; 2) WO strategy: exerting the government's supports, i.e., equipment, capital, fodders, breeds, vitamins, storage equipment, and drugs for cattle and farmers, orienting the management system to semi-intensive and intensive patterns through a crop-livestock integration system), socializing a marketing information system to farmers, and using information properly; 3) ST strategy: protecting domestic markets, overcoming reproductive diseases and maintaining cattle health, and socializing digital marketing and product diversification; and 4) WT strategy: developing agribusiness markets and market operation, granting business credits to traders, and complying with the government regulation on the standard price for the sale of beef cattle and beef.
Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan mekanisme rantai pasok cabe rawit berdasarkan aliran produk, aliran informasi dan aliran uang, Penelitian dilaksanakan di Provinsi Gorontalo dengan metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : Mekanisme rantai pasok cabe rawit di Provinsi Gorontalo bersifat modern dimana aliran produk berdasarkan ketersediaan berupa cabe rawit segar dan produk olahnya. Aliran Informasi cukup lancar dan aliran uang menggunakan sistem transaksi pembayaran tunai dan kredit. Rantai pasok cabe rawit terdiri tujuh saluran distribusi dan saluran tiga merupakan saluran yang paling dominan.The aim of this research is to describe the supply chain mechnanism of chilis based on product, information and cash flows. This research conducted at Gorontalo Province by using surveyed and descriptive analysis methods. The result of the research shows that : the supply chain of chilis at Gorontalo Province were modern which the products flow were based on its raw chilis availabilities and its derived products. The information flow was smooth and the cash flows is using a cash payment transaction system and credts. There are seven channel distribution happened and the third channel were the dominants among all.
This study aims to determine the development of the customer (Micro KUR and significant effect between credit amount and the interest rate on the income customers at BRI Unit Micro Kabila. Kind of research used in this study is a survey method. Data used are primary data interviews with customer respondents micro and secondary data from the BRI unit Kabila, the sampling method used was purposive sample, data collection techniques are methods of documentation and interviews. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and usingdescriptive statistics. Results from this research showed revenue that micro (Y) 63,7% total affected by credit (X1) and interest rate, while the remaining 36,3 %affected by other factors. R value of 0,798 means that income by the number of loans and interest ratest have a very strong positive relationship. T-test showed that the significant amount of credit, because the value is significantly smaller than the value 0,05 (0,000), while the interest rate effect is not real, because the value is significantly smaller than the value of 0,05 (0,874). For the development of the number of credits and the number of clients small loans (KUR) have increased and decreased each year. Keywords: Economic, credit, interest rates, UKM, income
This study aims to compare the Active Learning Type Type Joepardy Reviev with the Type of Hollywood Squares Review with a Visual Thinking Approach to the ability to understand the mathematical concepts of students. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are essay tests, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is hypothesis testing using 2 way ANAVA. Based on the results of the study, there were differences in the ability to understand the mathematical concepts of students by using the active learning type Jeopardy Review and Hollywood Squares Review strategies using the Visual Thinking approach. The Hollywood Squares Review active learning strategy with the Visual Thinking approach provides a better influence on students' ability to understand mathematical concepts. This can be seen from the average value of the mathematics concept comprehension test results of the experimental class 2 students using the Hollywood Squares Review type active learning strategy with Visual Thinking approach of 78,346 higher than the experimental class 1 using the Jeopardy Review type active learning strategy with the Visual Thinking approach is 77,500. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan Strategi Belajar Aktif Tipe Joepardy Reviev Dengan Tipe Hollywood Squares Review Dengan Pendekatan Visual Thinking terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes essay, angket dan wawancara. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan anava 2 jalan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe Jeopardy Review dan Hollywood Squares Review dengan pendekatan Visual Thinking. Strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe Hollywood Squares Review dengan pendekatan Visual Thinking memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai rata-rata hasil tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik kelas eksperimen 2 yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe Hollywood Squares Review dengan pendekatan Visual Thinking sebesar 78,346 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas eksperimen 1 yang menggunakan strategi pebelajaran aktif tipe Jeopardy Review dengan pendekatan Visual Thinking sebesar 77,500.
