Gout caused by hyperuricemia is a condition of high of uric acid in the blood. The condition of hyperuricemia in elderly is related to metabolic syndrome which is caused by slow rate of the body's metabolism. This activity aims to determine a prevalence of hyperuricemia in elderly at four Posbindu as a working area of Kalibaru Health Center. Type of research is cross sectional with a simple random sampling method. The activity was carried out in August 2019. The method to measurement of uric acid levels by the strip method. The Descriptive test results showed a modus of the elderly is at the age of 65 years and the oldest at the age of 89 years. The percentage of elderly people who experience hyperuricemia based on WHO 2013 criteria as many as 8.8% from a total of 68 elderly. The conclusion of this activity indicates that 90% of elderly in the working area of the Kalibaru Helath Center have normal of uric acid levels.
Water is an essential requirement in human life. However, pollution causes the water quality to become poor, making it unsuitable for use. Pollution comes from rubbish and waste dumped into rivers, lakes and other water areas. This study aims to carry out a model for mapping areas contaminated with water pollution using artificial intelligence techniques. The data sample comes from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (abbreviated as BPS) which consists of 34 records. The data used are provinces in Indonesia that are polluted by water pollution in rural areas. The intelligence technique used is data mining using the k-means method. The variable used is the number of polluted villages by province. The mapping label used is the high cluster (K1) for water pollution and the low cluster (K2) for water pollution. Analysis using Rapid Miner software. The results showed that 4 provinces were included in the high cluster (K1) category, namely North Sumatra, West Java, Central Java, East Java. Testing of cluster results was carried out using Davies Bouldin (k = 2) with a value of 0.328, which means that the cluster results created were optimal. The results of the analysis are expected to be input for the government in focusing on areas polluted with water pollution.
Pendahuluan: Glukosa darah adalah gula yang berada dalam darah yang terbentuk dari hasil akhirkatabolisme karbohidrat. Kadar glukosa darah erat kaitannya dengan penyakit diabetes mellitus (DM).Pemeriksaan penyaring dapat dilakukan melalui pemeriksaan glukosa darah sewaktu (GDS) yang dapatdigunakan sebagai deteksi dini penyakit DM. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalahmelihat gambaran kadar GDS di 4 posbindu (teratai 1, anggrek 1, dahlia, dan mawar) wilayah kerjaPuskesmas Kalibaru Kecamatan Medan Satria Kota bekasi. Metode: Jenis penelitian cross sectionaldengan metode pengambilan sampel secara acak. Kegiatan dilakukan pada tanggal 12 – 19 Agustus 2019.Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM bekerjasama dengan Puskesmas Kalibaru yang melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa,kader posbindu, dan tenaga kesehatan dari Puskemas Kalibaru. Sasaran kegiatan adalah warga yangtinggal di 4 wilayah posbindu. Pemeriksaan glukosa darah sewaktu menggunakan metode point of caretesting (POCT). Hasil: Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan responden yang memiliki kadar GDS < 70mg/dL sebanyak 1 orang (1%) dan GDS > 200 mg/dl sebanyak 21 orang (11%). Kadar GDS > 200mg/dL lebih didominasi pada responden perempuan sebanyak 81% dan laki-laki 19%. Responden denganrentang usia 55 – 64 tahun memiliki kadar GDS > 200 mg/dL sebanyak 43%. Kesimpulan: 52% wargayang ditinggal di 4 wilayah posbindu memiliki kadar GDS normal.
