This study aims to examine the effect of training, motivation and work environment on employee performance in the Archives and Pasaman District Library. The first hypothesis tested the effect of training on employee performance in the Archives and Pasaman District Library Office. The second hypothesis examines the effect of motivation on the achievements of the Pasaman District Archives and Library employees. The third hypothesis examines the influence of the work environment on employee performance in the Archives and Library of Pasaman Regency. The fourth hypothesis examines the effect of training, motivation and work environment on employee achievement of the Office of Archives and Library of Pasaman Regency together. The population in this study were employees of the Archives and Pasaman District Library Office. Samples This study uses a saturated sampling technique. Research data were collected by the method and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of the first hypothesis research show that a significant value of 0.154> alpha 0.05 so that training does not have an influence on employee performance in the Archives and Library of Pasaman Regency. This research aims to test the influence of training and discipline on the productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital with total population of 98 people. The study sample used saturated sampling techniques. Research data is collected by method and analyzed with multiple linear regressions. The results of the first hypothesis test study showed that the sig value of 0,000 < alpha 0.05 so that training had an effect on the work productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital. The results of the second hypothesis test showed that the sig value of 0.019 < alpha 0.05 so that discipline had an influence on the productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital. The results of the third hypothesis test showed that the sig value of 0.000 < alpha 0.05 so that training and discipline together had an influence on the productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital. Purchasing decisions are a series of processes that start from consumers recognizing their problems, looking for information about certain products or brands and evaluating these products or brands on how well each of these alternatives can solve their problems, which then leads to a purchase decision. This study aims to examine the effect of Brand Image and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions for Online Goods at Shopee. The population in this study were all ITS students, of which there were approximately 598 students and who visited, used, and who knew the online buying and selling site at Shopee. The sample of this study used purposive sampling technique or sampling based on certain criteria. The research data were collected by method and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially Brand Image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for online goods at Shopee with a significance value of 0.000 < alpha 0.05. Promotion partially has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for online goods at Shopee with a significance value of 0.065> alpha 0.05. Simultaneously Brand Image and Promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for online goods at Shopee with a significance value of 0.000 < alpha 0.05. From the results of the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), a value of 0.607 was obtained, meaning that Brand Image and Promotion were able to contribute 60.7% to the Purchase Decision for online goods at Shopee.
