The Emergency Department is a place for clinical practice students to acquire triage experience. Triage can be carried out well by students who are supported by the supervisor and their own knowledge. The objectives of this study were to examine the relationship between the preceptor role and student knowledge with triage skills in emergency department. The research design was cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 43 nursing students who clinical practice in the emergency department. This study used accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate with the chi-square test. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 8.1% respondents had a good receptor role, 88.4% respondents had good knowledge and 60.5% nursing students had good of triage skills. The bivariate results showed a relationship between the role of supervisor and student knowledge with triage (p-value 0.006<0.05). Good triage implementation is supported by the supervisor and student knowledge. It is hoped that the hospital can apply the role of the preceptor to the maximum, set the preceptor schedule with the preceptee at the same time and the lecturers of educational institutions carry out simulations or equip students about triage optimal. DESCRIPTION OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE HEAD OF THE ROOM AND TEAM HEAD IN THE MODEL ROOM OF PROFESSIONAL NURSING PRACTICE (MPKP) A REGIONAL MENTAL HOSPITAL OF JAMBI PROVINCE Background The Model of Professional Nursing Practice (MPKP) has been implemented in several countries, including in various Indonesian asylums. Jambi Provincial Mental Hospital has implemented a Model of Professional Nursing Practice (MPKP), but its implementation has not been implemented in its entirety. The role and function of the head of the room and the head of the team is critical to the development of the performance of the implementing nurses in the space that has implemented the MPKP. This research aims to find out the picture of the performance of the head of the room and the team leader in the Model Room of Professional Nursing Practice (MPKP) of Jambi Provincial Psychiatric Hospital year 2020.Method This research is quantitative research. This research was conducted in the MPKP room of Jambi Provincial Psychiatric Hospital conducted on March 26 – April 6, 2020. The population in this study was the entire head of the room as many as 10 people and the team leader as many as 20 people in the MPKP room at Jambi provincial asylum in March-April 2020. The sample in this study was as many as 30 people with total sampling techniques. Data collection is done by interviewing and filling out questionnaires. Data analyzed univariately.Result: The results of this study showed that the head of the room had a good performance and was less good each as much as 5 (50%) Respondents. The team leader had a good performance and was underperforming by 10 (50%) of each respondent.Conclusion The results of this study show that both the head of the room and the team leader has not been optimal performance. It is recommended that the hospital conduct training and training in the form of workshops and seminars to increase the knowledge of the head of the room and the head of the team to implement 4 pillars of MPKP. Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Jambi telah menerapkan Model Praktek Keperawatan Profesional (MPKP), namun pelaksanaannya belum secara keseluruhan. Peran dan fungsi kepala ruangan dan ketua tim sangat penting untuk perkembangan kinerja perawat pelaksana pada ruang yang telah menerapkan MPKP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja kepala ruangan dan ketua tim di Ruang Model Praktik Keperawatan Profesional (MPKP) Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2020.Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di ruang MPKP Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Jambi yang dilakukan pada tanggal 26 Maret – 6 April 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala ruangan sebanyak 10 orang dan dan ketua tim sebanyak 20 orang di ruang MPKP di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Jambi pada bulan Maret-April 2020. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara univariat.Hasil Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepala ruangan memiliki kinerja yang baik dan kurang baik masing-masing sebanyak 5 (50%) responden.Ketua tim memiliki kinerja yang baik dan kurang baik masing-masing sebanyak 10 (50%) responden.Kesimpulan Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik kepala ruangan dan ketua tim memiliki kinerja yang belum optimal. Sebaiknya rumah sakit mengadakan pelatihan dan diklat dalam bentuk workshop dan seminar agar menambah pengetahuan kepala ruangan dan ketua tim untuk menerapkan 4 pilar MPKP. Introduction: Cyberbullying has become a new case in young millennials that can lead to being a serious problem if it is not faced properly. Many cases cannot be resolved because the victims did not tell the truth clearly to their parents and teachers. It may cause a lack of self-esteem among the students and also make the perpetrator become morally disengaged. The purpose of this study was to identify the correlation between parental communication patterns, moral disengagement, and self-esteem with cyberbullying behavior in junior high school. Methods: A cross-sectional study was performed with 362 junior high school students in Indonesia using purposive sampling. Variables in this study were moral disengagement, self-esteem and parental communication patterns with cyberbullying behavior. The data were collected with the Rosenberg self-esteem scale, the cyberbullying behavior scale, the moral disengagement scale and the family communication pattern scale. Bivariate analysis with Chi-square was used to analyze the data. Results: This study found out that there were 223 students, 61.6% were female, and 43.6% were aged 14 years. There were 187 students (51.7%) who had mild cyberbullying behavior. The study revealed that there were significant correlations among cyberbullying behavior with moral disengagement (p = 0.005, self-esteem (p = 0.008), and parental communication pattern (p = 0.019). Conclusions: Parental communication, moral disengagement and self-esteem have a correlation with cyberbullying behavior. It was expected that the schools need to implement a training to improve social skills in junior high school students.
LEADERSHIP STYLE, MOTIVATION IN EFFECTIVE PATIENT ROUNDING TECHNIQUESBackground : The Nursing round is the way for a nurses to discuss more about the problems and needs of patients and is a learning process for nurses it hopes of improving cognitive, affective, psychomotor and motivated bias. The results of the interview with the head of the Raden Mattaher General Hospital operating room in Jambi found that nursing rounds were very rare.Purpose: The study is to determine the relationship between nurse motivation and leadership style of nursing rounds in the Surgical Inpatient Room of Raden Mattaher Hospital in Jambi City.Methods: The research was used a quantitative research with cross sectional approach. This study was conducted in the Surgical hospitalization rooms. The population of this study were all of nurses who worked in the Surgical Inpatient Room of Raden Mattaher Hospital in Jambi which totaling 38 nurses. The samples were taken in total sampling thenique. The data collection did by filling out a questionnaire. The data analysis used univariate and bivariate by using chi square test.Results: The results of this study indicated that of 38 respondents, 55.3% had low motivation, 71.1% with good leadership style and 57.9% who did a nursing round. There is no relationship between nurses' motivation for the nursing round with p value 0.122> 0.05. There is a relationship of leadership style to the nursing round because the p value is 0.002 <0.05.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the leadership style influences the nursing round.Latar Belakang: Ronde keperawatan merupakan media bagi perawat untuk membahas lebih dalam masalah dan kebutuhan pasien serta merupakan suatu proses belajar bagi perawat dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, afektif, psikomotor dan bisa termotivasi. Hasil wawancara kepada kepala ruangan bedah RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi diketahui ronde keperawatan sangat jarang sekali dilakukan.Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi perawat dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap ronde keperawatan diruang rawat inap bedah RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi.Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantiatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan diruang rawat inap bedah, dengan populasi penelitian seluruh perawat pelaksana yang berkerja diruang rawat inap bedah RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi yang berjumlah 38 perawat. Sample diambil secara total sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan pengisian kuesioner, analisis yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 38 responden, 55,3% memiliki motivasi rendah, 71,1% dengan gaya kepemimpinan baik dan 57,9% yang melakukan ronde keperawatan. Tidak terdapat hubungan motivasi perawat terhadap ronde keperawatan dengan p value 0,002 > 0,05. Terdapat hubungan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap ronde keperawatan karena nilai p value 0,002<0,05.Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi ronde keperawatan.
