The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) to employee performance. This research is conducted in Pamekasan Regency Government. The samples of this research are 116 respondents. The sample technique which used in this research is proportional stratified random sampling. This study employs questionnaire by a large number of answers based on a 5-point likert scale to collect the needed data and information.  The result of this research reveals that the work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) influence to employee performance significantly. Nevertheless, organizational culture has not significant effect on employee performance at Pamekasan Regency Government.

The actual meaning of the mosque is not limited to a place of prostration but all activities that draw closer to Allah. Mosques as one of the centers for fostering and developing Islamic societies occupy an important role in the process of social change and support the acceleration of development in modern societies, especially in developing spiritual aspects. Mosque prosperity is not only limited to physical development in a state that is beautiful and as grand as possible, but also must be supported by the development of a broader understanding of the function and role of mosques as Islamic social� nstitutions. This� research� is� qualitative� research� by raising the phenomenon of mosques that carry out productive activities� in� order� to� prosper� the� community.� This� study� uses� a phenomenological approach. The object in this study was the Ummul Mu�minin Surabaya mosque. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation by making takmir and the community as key informants and key informants. The Ummul Mu�minin Mosque is able to maximize the function and role of the mosque optimally. The potential of a mosque that is so great as a place for solving problems in the economic field has been well proven. An important pillar in the development of Islamic microfinance institutions is Total Quality Management and Sharia Governance. This pillar is the main differentiator between conventional Islamic finance institutions. Institutional efforts to provide satisfaction to customers. The concept of quality (quality) for service and non-service basically includes various things that are focused on the customer. Shari'ah supervision is needed to ensure the implementation of Shari'ah principles in the financial institution, which is played by the Shari'ah Supervisory Board. Implicitly this shows that the practice of shari'ah microfinance institutions has not been concerned with shari'ah principles and the quality of good governance, one of the causes of reputation and public trust in Islamic microfinance institutions will also have an impact on community loyalty use the services of a Shari'ah microfinance institution. Improved reputation and customer trust can be used as an indicator of the success of the development of Islamic microfinance institutions and at the same time predicting their future success in order to increase market share.

The Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 had a major impact on the life of a country. All nations are required to face this era with all the possibilities that exist. Indonesia wants to be able to compete globally, especially in the economic field. Millennial generation is considered capable of making this country more prosperous and advanced with all its characteristics, including santri. Millennial santri actually can also take part in economic growth in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, which is increasingly heavy competition. Through the power of MSMEs, santri and pesantren must have enormous potential in the government's big agenda, namely Indonesia 4.0. The potential for developing MSMEs can be felt more quickly if their development is supported by quality human resources and the provision of supporting facilities. Marketing training, working together with e-commerce platforms, internet procurement and supporting electronic devices, as well as network expansion to private companies and SOEs are steps that can be taken to encourage the growth of pesantren MSMEs. Through MSMEs, santri and pesantren are able to improve the country's economy but still uphold Islamic principles.

This research aims to find the concept of local cultural tourism based on tanean lanjhang and applicable ways to preserve it by prioritizing the welfare of the surrounding community as well as in a sustainable manner. This qualitative-descriptive study collected data using in-depth interview techniques, participative observation and documentation. The result is that the field of local culture tourism does not only rely on tanean lanjhang, the Nurun Tajalla mosque, the sacred tomb of Bhujuk Jepara, mandhapa, tomang handicrafts and Nyato springs, but on reflection-products in the deepest contents of people's awareness. Preserving culture is ancestral fanaticism. Meanwhile, living in harmony, practice, economy, prosperity and sustainability in MICE-based regional tourism is local wisdom that deserves to be fought for and must be guarded by the Pamekasan authorities.
