People’s lifestyle in the digital era is very varied, almost all stratum of society use technology to gain information, data, loans, transactions, and others practically and quickly. This study aims to find customer trust on intention to adopt fintect performance, find the effect of fintect promotion on the intention to adopt fintect, find the effect of intention to adopt fintect on financial inclusion. This study used survey methods through questionnaires for respondents who used fintect products (OVO applications) in Surabaya with a total sample of 265 respondents. To find out the responses of the respondents toward fintect products, it uses a Likert scale. The data processing performed by using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that there was an influence between customer trust on intention to adopt fintect, there was an influence between fintect promotion on intention to adopt fintect, and there was an influence between intention to adopt fintect on financial inclusion.
Metals has an important role for human life, especially in the industrial field. The purpose of this research is to find out the metal type and content in waste rock from the Poboya gold mine. The sampling technique is done by grabbing sampling, which is to take a lump of rock at a mining site. The analytical method used to determine the content and percentage of elements in rocks is XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) spectrophotometry. The analysis results show that the metals contained in the waste rock from Poboya gold mining are Silicon (Si), Iron (Fe), Potassium (K), Aluminium (Al), Calcium (Ca), Titanium (Ti), Arsenic (As), Zirconium (Zr), Manganese (Mn), Strontium (Sr), Barium (Ba), Rubidium (Rb), Zinc (Zn), Niobium (Nb), Indium (In), Tin (Sn) and Stibium/Antimony (Sb). The highest percentage metals are Silicon 52.98% and Iron 23.56%. Based on these results, the high content of silica oxide and iron oxide in waste rock from Poboya has the potential as a basis to be used for making nano materials, especially nano silica and ferromagnetic materials.
The purpose of this study was to determine the value of character education in the Novel Shoes Dahlan by Khrisna Pabichara. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study are that there are character education values in the form of (1) hard work in the form of parents having a hard work spirit to meet the needs of their children, as well as a child having a hard work spirit to achieve goals with their sweat, (2) independent in the form of not being too dependent on others, (3) discipline in the form of parents training their children about discipline. The child instills discipline in his daily life, (4) nationalist and (5) religious in the form of always praying before doing something. The relevance of character education in Indonesian is that creative literary works are born from the art of language and are likened to a description of human sociocultural life. Literary works can describe human life in various forms. The values possessed by literary works are accepted and understood by the reader, which will indirectly provide a picture of the reader's attitude and personality. Literature not only has a role in inculcating noble character but also has a role in character building since childhood.
The problem of wages is a very important issue that cannot be ruled out, because wages are a source of income that can cover the necessities of life and also wages can affect income, standard of living, community and welfare. However, if workers do not get adequate wages, then this can affect their livelihood and also the purchasing power of workers. This study aims to determine the existing remuneration in Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Employment in the Perspective of Islamic Law. This study uses qualitative methods using a normative approach. The data sources used are primary legal sources in the form of laws and regulations and secondary data sources in the form of books, journals, the internet. Then, the data is processed and analyzed to produce a scientific research. The amount of wages must be balanced with the work that has been done. Remuneration must also comply with muamalah principles and muamalah principles. These principles cover all forms of muamalah except those specified otherwise in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, based on voluntary, based on considerations of bringing benefits and avoiding harm, carried out by maintaining justice.
The purpose of the research is to examine and analyze the interest rates, inflation rates, stock returns, and holiday conditions on the values of e-money transactions based on two conditions, before and after the issuance of Bank Indonesia regulations. The research data used in this study is the monthly statistical data of the Bank Indonesia payment system for the period 2008-2018. While, the research was the quantitative using the Markov Regime Switching Model and hypothesis testing using time series regression. The research results showed that there was a significant effect between the inflation rate and the value of e-money transactions. In addition, there was an insignificant effect on interest rates, stock returns, and holiday conditions on the value of e-money transactions. This research contributes to the development of economic research by predicting the value of e-money transactions and predicting the value e-money transactions and predicting the turning point of e-money transactions value based on two conditions, before and after the issuance of Bank Indonesia regulations and can be used as input to the government regarding the regulations that issued by Bank of Indonesia, regulations regarding increased the value of e-money transactions.
