Abstrack -In the era of digitalization, all activities in human life are supported by information system technology to facilitate work. The existence of information systems technology sometimes humans can only use without knowing whether the information system technology affects performance. Such is the case with PT. Astra InternasionalTbk. Tso is a trading company that has a TDMS information system that is beneficial for improving the company's progress. The TDMS application manages the data needed and makes it easier for employees, but the company does not yet know how much benefit, ease and acceptance of the TDMS application is used in influencing the attitudes and performance of its employees. This study discusses the effect of using TDMS applications on employee performance in terms of benefits, convenience, user attitude and employee performance. The research method used was observation, interviews with PT. Astra Internasional Tbk employees, Tso Cilandak, and literature study. Model to examine technology acceptance of employee performance with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Testing for the quality of questionnaire data with validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, t testing and multiple linear regression analysis. In using the questionnaire scale questionnaire used by Likert scale and data processing software using SPSS. The results of this study that the ease of application of TDMS greatly affects the performance of employees of PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. Tso Cilandak.Intisari -Di zaman era digitalisasi, segala aktivitas dalam kehidupan manusia ditunjang dengan teknologi sistem informasi untuk memudahkan pekerjaan. Adanya teknologi sistem informasi terkadang manusia hanya bisa menggunakan tanpa mengetahui apakah teknologi sistem informasi tersebut mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Begitu halnya dengan PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. Tso yaitu sebuah perusahaan perdagangan yang memiliki sebuah sistem informasi TDMS yang bermanfaat bagi peningkatan kemajuan perusahaan. Aplikasi TDMS mengelola data-data yang diperlukan dan mempermudah karyawan, namun perusahaan tersebut belum mengetahui seberapa besar manfaat, kemudahan dan penerimaan aplikasi TDMS yang digunakan dalam mempengaruhi sikap dan kinerja karyawannya. Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi TDMS terhadap kinerja karyawan dari segi manfaat, kemudahan, sikap pengguna dan kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dengan karyawan, dan studi literatur. Model untuk meneliti penerimaan teknologi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Pengujian untuk kualitas data kuesioner dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji tserta analisa regresi linier berganda. Dalam penggunaan angket kuesioner skala yang digunakan dengan skala Likert dan software pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS.Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa kemudahan aplikasi TDMS sangat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. Tso Cilandak.

The characteristic model of MUS-01 wing structure testing has been performed. Planned, this model will be used as an unmanned wing of the LSU-03NG. The test model is made of composite type e-glass. At the time of testing the structure test model is loaded according to MTOW weight. This research method also involves the unmanned aircraft mission, especially on the model test structure, model dimension, and direct experiment in the form of loading on the test model. The result of characterization of the test model during test, showed that the indicated test model has the characteristics as a test model that is unable to accept the unmanned operational load of LSU-03NG series aircraft. So it can not be used as a consideration for the structure of the unmanned aircraft.
