Empat puluh tiga pemain yang berlatih di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kelas Khusus Olahraga Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Pengambilan data telah disetujui oleh pelatih dari sekolah tersebut. Para pemain dalam kondisi sehat saat melakukan tes. Sebelum melakukan tes, pemain mendapatkan penjelasan tentang penelitian ini. Instrumen yang dipergunakan dalam pengambilan data untuk mengetahui kecepatan reaksi seseorang diukur dengan menggunakan tes whole body reaction. Setelah data diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan membandingkan data dengan norma instrument tes whole body reaction. Kemudian setelah itu dicari prosentase kategori kecepatan reaksi yang dimiliki oleh pemain Kelas Khusus Olahraga Bola Voli di D.I. Yogyakarta. Dari hasil pengukuran yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa terdapat 30% dari pemain bola voli di Kelas Khusus Olahraga Yogyakarta memiliki kecepatan reaksi yang masuk dalam kategori bagus sekali, 63% termasuk dalam kategori bagus, dan 7% dalam kategori cukup. Hasil ini tentu tidak akan terlepas dari banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kecepatan reaksi yang dimiliki oleh seseorang.Biomotor Analysis of Reaction Speed in Players of Special Class volleyball in Yogyakarta Special Region AbstractForty-three players who trained at the Yogyakarta Special Sports Class High School participated in the study. The data retrieval has been approved by the school's trainer. The players are in good health when conducting tests. Before conducting the test, the player gets an explanation about this study. The instrument used in data retrieval to determine the speed of a person's reaction is measured using the Whole Body Reaction test. After the data is obtained then analyzed by comparing the data with the instrument norms of whole body reaction test. Then after that sought percentage of reaction speed category owned by players special class volleyball sports in D.I. Yogyakarta. From the results of the measurements, it was found that 30% of volleyball players in Yogyakarta Sports Special Class had reaction speed that falls into the category of very good, 63% belongs to the good category, and 7% in the category of enough. These results will certainly not be separated from many factors that affect the speed of reaction that a person has.
The Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) is the main key in learning. This study aims to analyze the lesson plans for large ball games oriented towards High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in State Junior High Schools throughout Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The design in this research is descriptive quantitative, with document analysis method. The document analysis covers 22 lesson plans from 22 schools. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The main analysis includes the analysis of the big ball game lesson plans covering eight components or indicators, namely: formulation of indicators, learning objectives, learning methods, learning activities, learning assessments, learning media, learning materials, and learning resources using document analysis guidelines with descriptors ranging from 1 (not suitable) to 4 (very suitable). The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis and is presented in the form of percentages. The results showed that the overall RPP analysis of the big ball game was HOTS-oriented with the highest percentage in the appropriate category. The learning resource component is the lesson plan component which has the lowest average of 3.05. The learning activity component is the lesson plan component which has the highest average of 4.00. It can be concluded that learning resources need to get the main attention to be improved in order to realize HOTS learning. Therefore, future research should consider the type of game, level of education, region or area, and conditions (COVID-19 Pandemic).
Malnutrition troubles body mass index and physical activity. This study aims to analyze the relation of fulfillment of Nutrition on body mass index and physical activity. This research is a correlational study supported by survey methods. Data collection technique employs questionnaires and measurements of body weight and height. The population in this study is elementary school students in Sleman Yogyakarta and a sampling technique employs purposive random sampling. The total samples are 236 students. The research instrument uses 24-hour food recalls to determine fulfillment of Nutrition; tanita weight scales, microtoise to measure body mass index, and GPAQ (Global Physical Activity Questionnaire) to determine physical activity. Furthermore, analysis technique employs Pearson correlation analysis. The data analysis results of fulfillment of Nutrition and body mass index obtain syndication calculations 0.00 <0.05, meaning there is a relationship between the fulfillment of nutrition and body mass index. Additionally, the data analysis results of fulfillment of Nutrition and physical activity obtain significance calculation 0.00 <0.05, which means there is a relation between fulfillment of Nutrition and physical activity. Briefly, there is significant relation between the fulfillment of nutrition and body mass index as well as between the fulfillment of nutrition and physical activity. In another words, the study shows positive link between fulfillment of Nutrition with body mass index and physical activity.
Terapi air merupakan terapi yang sangat efektif dilakukan untuk mengatasi rasa nyeri, kelelahan, dan daya tahan otot. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan mengetahui keefektifan jenis terapi air dengan menggunakan air hangat, dingin, dan kontras terhadap rasa nyeri, kelelahan dan daya tahan otot pada pemain bulu tangkis UNY. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperiment designs dengan rancangan three group time series. Sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui tes dan pengukuran. Instrumen untuk mengukur rasa nyeri dengan scale rating numeric, kelelahan diukur dengan whole body reaction dan daya tahan otot menggunakan wall sit. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Anava (analisis varians). Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terapi air hangat efektif untuk mengatasi kelelahan dan efektif meningkatkan daya tahan otot dengan nilai signifikansi variabel kelelahan 0,008 dan daya tahan otot 0,002. Terapi air dingin efektif menurunkan nyeri dengan nilai signifikansi 0,048 dan terapi air kontras memiliki efektivitas terhadap rasa nyeri, kelelahan dan daya tahan otot dengan nilai signifikansi variabel rasa nyeri 0,001, kelelahan 0,004 dan daya tahan otot 0,001. Terapi air yang paling efektif untuk meredakan kelelahan dengan menggunakan air hangat. Sedangkan terapi air yang paling efektif untuk menurunkan rasa nyeri dan meningkatkan daya tahan otot dengan menggunakan air kontras.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai seberapa baik kualitas butir soal Ulangan Akhir Semester Genap Mata Pelajaran PJOK Kelas VIII SMP N 1 Ngemplak Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data berupa soal ujian, kunci jawaban, dan lembar jawab peserta didik. Selanjutnya data tersebut diinput dan diolah menggunakan program Anates versi 4.09.Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII berjumlah 187 peserta didik. Hasil analisis kualitas butir soal menunjukkan bahwa soal Ulangan Akhir Semester Genap Mata Pelajaran PJOK Kelas VIII SMP N 1 Ngemplak Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 dari total 40 butir soal pilihan ganda, ditinjau dari segi tingkat kesukaran menunjukkan 5 butir soal (12,5%) berkategori sukar, 15 butir soal (37,5%) berkategori sedang, dan 20 butir soal (50%) berkategori mudah. Ditinjau dari daya pembeda, didapatkan 19 butir soal (47,5%) berkategori jelek, 13 butir soal (32,5%) berkategori sedang, dan 8 butir soal (20%) berkategori baik. Ditinjau dari efektivitas pengecoh, didapat sebanyak 5 butir soal (12,5%) berkategori sangat baik, 11 butir soal (27,5%) berkategori baik, 15 butir soal (37,5%) berkategori kurang baik, dan 9 butir soal (22,5%) berkategori tidak baik. The evaluation of learning outcome examination of ulangan akhir semester genap of PJOK subject of class VIII SMP N 1 Ngemplak in the academic year 2017/2018 using item questions analysis AbstractThis research was aimed to give information about how well the quality of questions in Ulangan Akhir Semester Genap of PJOK subject of Class VIII SMP N 1 Ngemplak in the academic year 2017/2018. This research was a descriptive quantitative research using documentation as data collection techniques. This research was conducted by collecting data in the form of exam questions, key answers, and the students’ answer sheets. Next, the data were inputted and processed using the Anates program version 4.09. The research subjects were all students of class VIII totaling 187 students. The results of the quality analysis of the questions showed that the questions in Ulangan Akhir Semester Genap of PJOK subject of Class VIII SMP N 1 Ngemplak in the academic year 2017/2018 out of 40 multiple choice questions, viewed from the level of difficulty, 5 items (12.5%) were in difficult category, 15 items (37.5%) were in average category, and 20 items (50%) were in easy category. Viewed from the distinguishing strength, 19 items (47.5%) were categorized as bad, 13 items (32.5%) were categorized average, and 8 items (20%) were categorized good. Viewed from the effectiveness of the deception, it was obtained 5 items (12.5%) were in very good category, 11 items (27.5%) were in good category, 15 items (37.5%) were in poor categories, and 9 items ( 22.5%) were in not good category.
