Small businesses have a central role in the Indonesian economy. Small businesses have supporting economic sector development. The large number is unfortunately not accompanied by the maximum quality of education from SMEs. To develop a small business, of course, training and coaching are required. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of training and coaching simultaneously and partially on the development of small business. The sample of this research is 76 small medium entrepreneurs in Lowokwaru Malang, with purposive sampling technique. The result of multiple regression test proves that there is influence simultaneously and partially between training and coachingto small business development. It means research hypothesis was accepted. The dominant variable that influences is coaching (X2) with the largest beta value of 0.675.
Smart Microgrid System of Udayana University is collaboration project between Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources with Udayana University. The system consist of 26.4 kWp Solar Power Plant, 5 kWp Wind Turbine, 20 kWp Diesel Generator, 192 kVAh battery and connected with a low voltage distribution network 220/380 V. This paper discusses performance of the solar power plant with HelioScope. The simulation results will be compared with the real energy production from solar power plant The simulation results is 43,055.4 kWh per year. Whereas the real production is 3,948.28 kWh, lower by 4,107.4 kWh or 9.53% than the simulation. Factors that influence the difference are shade, the cleanliness of solar modules and orientation of the solar modules.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of job insecurity, job satisfaction, work environment and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention simultaneously and partially. The sample used in this study amounted to 55 employees of Java Dancer Coffee Malang. Validity and reliability test results show that each item from each variable is said to be valid and reliable. The results of the classic assumption test show that all variables are free from multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and normal distribution. The results of the F test indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between Job Insecurity (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2), Work Environment (X3), Organizational Commitment (X4) to Turnover Intention (Y) employees. The t-test results show that Job Satisfaction (X2), Work Environment (X3) and Organizational Commitment (X4) have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention (Y) employees of Java Dancer Coffee Malang, while Job Insecurity (X1) has no influence significant to Turnover Intention (Y) variables. employee of Java Dancer Coffee Malang. The most influential variable Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention compared to other variables. This can be known based on the calculation of the regression coefficient (b) of 0.522. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh ketidakamanan kerja, kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap intensi turnover karyawan secara simultan dan parsial. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 55 karyawan Java Dancer Coffee Malang. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa setiap item dari masing-masing variabel dikatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas dari multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas dan berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara Job Insecurity (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2), Work Environment (X3), Organizational Commitment (X4) terhadap Turnover Intention (Y) karyawan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja (X2), Lingkungan Kerja (X3) dan Komitmen Organisasi (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention (Y) karyawan Java Dancer Coffee Malang, sedangkan Job Insecurity (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention (Y) karyawan Java Dancer Coffee Malang, sedangkan Job Insecurity (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention (Y). tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Turnover Intention (Y). karyawan Java Dancer Coffee Malang. Variabel Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention paling berpengaruh dibandingkan variabel lainnya. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien regresi (b) sebesar 0,522.
ABSTRAKSaat ini banyak peluang bisnis yang dapat dilakukan di rumah dengan modal yang minim namun dapat memperoleh laba yang besar, salah satunya usaha reseller frozen food. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh antara lingkungan internal dan eksternal secara parsial terhadap keputusan berwirausaha menjadi reseller frozen food di masa pandemi. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 44 orang dengan simple random sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin. Seluruh item penelitian telah teruji valid dan reliabel, serta sudah memenuhi kriteria uji asumsi klasik. Uji hipotesis membuktikan bahwa lingkungan internal dan eksternal berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berwirausaha sebagai reseller frozen food. Variabel yang dominan berpengaruh adalah faktor internal dengan nilai beta terbesar yaitu 0.784.Kata kunci: Pengambilan Keputusan, Kewirausahaan, Reseller Frozen Food ABSTRACTCurrently, there are many business opportunities that can be done at home with minimal capital but can earn large profits, one of which is a frozen food reseller business.
