The COVID-19 pandemic has caused the Indonesian economy to slow down to a decline. As a result of this, the household sector economy also stagnated and even a sharp decline in household income due to many layoffs. In overcoming these problems, of course, there are social activities carried out especially to help the affected communities. The method used is through observational studies. The purpose of this study was to find out social activities to empower the poor in increasing humanist values in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The results in this study show that one of the programs carried out by UHAMKA students, to form humanist values, UHAMKA students hold empowerment activities for the poor. Keyword: Pandemic, Humanist, Empowerment Abstrak: Pandemic COVID-19 mengakibatkan perekonomian Indonesia melambat hingga mengalami penurunan. Akibat dari hal itu adalah ekonomi sektor rumah tangga pun mengalami stagnasi dan bahkan penurunan tajam dalam pendapatan rumah tangga karena banyak terjadinya pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK). Dalam mengatasi problematika tersebut tentuya adanya kegiatan sosial yang dilakukan terutama untuk membnatu masyarakat yang terkena dampaknya. Metode yang digunakan melalui studi observasi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kegiatan sosial pemberdayaan kaum dhuafa dalam meningkatkan nilai-nilai humanis di era pandemi Covid-19. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan Salah satunya program yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa UHAMKA, untuk membentuk nilai-nilai humanis, mahasiswa UHAMKA mengadakan kegiatan pemberdayaan terhadap kaum dhuafa.
