<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan (1) Pengaruh Gaya Hidup terhadap Perilaku konsumtif berbelanja <em>online</em>, (2) Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan terhadap Perilaku konsumtif berbelanja <em>online</em>, (3) Pengaruh Gaya Hidup dan Literasi Keuangan terhadap Perilaku konsumtif berbelanja <em>online</em>. Penelitian pada Ibu Rumah Tangga di Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode <em>survey</em>. Populasi yaitu ibu rumah tangga yang pernah berbelanja <em>online</em>. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 50 orang ditentukan dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data diolah menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif berbelanja <em>online</em> pada ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang, (2) Literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif berbelanja <em>online</em> pada ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang dan (3) Gaya hidup dan literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan terhadap perilaku konsumtif berbelanja <em>online</em> pada ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang.<em></em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>This study aims to prove (1) Effect of Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior Of Online Shopping, (2) Effect of Financial Literacy on Consumptive Behavior Of Online Shopping, (3) Effect of lifestyle and financial literacy on Consumptive Behavior Of Online Shopping. The population is housewives who ever shop online. The number of samples taken as many as 50 people using purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The data were processed using multiple regression. The result of the research shows that (1) Lifestyle has a significant influence on Consumptive Behavior of online shopping on housewives in Lubuk Begalung District Padang City, (2) Financial Literacy has a significant influence on consumptive behavior of online shopping on housewives in Lubuk Begalung District Padang City and (3) Lifestyle and Financial Literacy has a significant influence on Consumptive Behavior of online shopping on housewives in Lubuk Begalung District Padang City</em>.</p><p> </p><pre> </pre>
The aim of this study is to analyze the change of product characteristic that will be fried using the cooking oil that is repetitively used by the sidewalk vendors (locally abbreviated as PKL). In this study, Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) was used and divided into 2 factors: types of product consisting of 3 levels (fried chicken, fried catfish and fried tempeh (Indonesian dish made of deep-fried fermented soya beans)) and frying frequency (control, 4 th frying, 6 th frying and 8 th frying). Once obtained, the data would be analyzed using ANOVA (Analysis of variance) method in which if an interaction is found, it would be continued by DMRT (Duncan's Multiple Range Test) using confidence interval at 5%. The result of the research shows that the types of product and the usage of repetitively used cooking oil at the different frequencies will bring an effect on the product quality after a repetitive frying by causing a significantly different impact (α = 0. 05) on water level, nutrient level, peroxide number, TBA level, p-Anisidine number at 0, 38, and free fatty acid levels.
The aim of this study was to determine the influence cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitmenton employee performance. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach, respondents surveyed in this study amounted to 101 employees of the Padang City Department of Educationby saturated sampling technique.Then carried out analysis to the data obtained by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results found: (1) cyberloafing behavior has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (3) cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitment simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitment on employee performance amounted to 65.2%. Where as the remainder about 34.8% described by other variable is not used within this research.
