Risk Factor Related to Breast Cancer Incident in General Hospital dr. H. ABDUL Moeloek Lampung. Data on the incidence of breast cancer in 2014 at the Regional General Hospital dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung as many as 1,347 people, while data on outpatient during 2014 as many as 3,500 people. This research uses a quantitative method with cross sectional study design. The study population of all patients who visit the hospital either outpatient care during the study period as many as 1,347 people. The sample was 99 people. The sampling technique using simple random sampling method. Data analysis was performed using chi-square and logistic regression. The results showed that there is influence of genetic factors (pvalue= 0.000), age (p-value = 0.000), early menarche (p-value= 0.001), use of contraception (pvalue= 0.012) and obesity (p-value= 0.012) on the incidence of breast cancer in the Regional General Hospital dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung in 2014. The most influential factor on the incidence of breast cancer in the Regional General Hospital dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung in 2014 is the age factor with OR= 12.769. Advice, respondents expected to increase their knowledge about BSE, especially with age where age >50 years is the age most susceptible to breast cancer. Results of this study are expected to be used as input and the recommendation to health institution, especially the units closest to the public health services to improve health education programs in particular about early detection of breast cancer by providing counseling to mothers to prevent and reviews with breast cancer.
This study examined how COVID-19 has accelerated the digital transformation of research administration at the State Islamic University of Syarif Hidayatullah (UIN Jakarta). A mixed-method embedded approach was used in this study, with data obtained from a webbased survey and also focus group discussions (FGDs). The survey involved 137 grant recipients from UIN Jakarta. The FGDs included eight research administrators from the Center of Research and Publication (Puslitpen) UIN Jakarta, who six of them are also the researchers for this report. The data revealed: 1) COVID-19 has accelerated the use of digital technology in research administration 2) 67.9 percent of grant recipients stated that it was easy to use the national integrated research management system for Islamic Higher Education (Litapdimas app), but there are still some issues that need to be improved; 3) 94.4 percent of the grant recipients found that the online service provided by the center was very helpful and they suggested to continue its use. As COVID-19 is a worldwide issue, these findings are also useful for other research administration offices to learn how different forms of digital technology can improve the delivery of research administration services.
This Research is triggered by low of students' learning motivation. The purpose of This Research are to: 1) describe students' learning motivation of female gender, 2) describe students' learning motivation of male gender, and 3) Differences students' learning motivation of female gender and male gender. This research used a descriptive differencial quantitative method. The population of this research were X, XI, and XII grade of SMK Swasta Bandung 1 & 2 which totally 240 students. The sample of this research were 150 students, that selected by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. In this research, the researcher used scale as the instrument. The result of validity and reliability of students' learning motivation state that the instrument of this research was valid and reliable. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and t-test. The finding of this research are: 1) on avarage students' learning motivation of female gender are in high category, 2) on avarage students' learning motivation of male gender are in high category, 3) there were significant differences between students' learning motivation of female gender and male gender.
