The present study examined the relationships of the various facets of work-family balance with organisational commitment (OC) and its various dimensions among employees working in the service sector in India. Data were collected from 408 employees by means of questionnaires. Correlation and linear regression analysis of the collected data demonstrated that while one of the dimensions of work-life balance namely, work interferes with personal life (WIPL), acted as a significant negative predictor of OC, another dimension that is work enhancement/ personal enhancement (WE/PE) showed significant positive impact on OC. The third dimension, personal life interferes with work (PLIW) even though showed a negative correlation; the impact was generally not significant. The article concludes with the managerial implications of the study in service sector industries/institutions.
Women constitutes the family, which leads to society and nation. Social and economic development of women is necessary for overall economic development of any society or a country. Woman has competed with man and success fully stood up with him in every walk of life and business. Women managed to survive and succeed in this competition with their hard work, diligence and pers everance. This paper of women entrepreneurship has been discussed the effective stress management of women micro entrepreneurs for the change of them from care taker of the family to economic supporter of the family. Here Kudumbasree played an effective role for strengthening the self help groups there by making a direct impact on the sustainable social, economic development of women and a direct impact on their living status, educational, nutritional and health needs of their children positively. We recommend to conduct more awareness sessions, recreational activities and meditation sessions for effective stress management skills to women micro entrepreneurs.KEY WORDS:-Kudumbashree, Women empowerment, Stress management, Micro entrepreneurship.INTRODUCTION:-Kudumbashree was launched by Govt.of Kerala in 1998 with an aim to eradicate poverty in rural and urban areas of Keral a through community development schemes,under the leadership of Local sel f governments. It combines different kind of activities like thri ft and credit, micro enterpris es, income generating activities and a wide range of wel fare activities. The self help groups of Alappuzha district realized the goals by giving the women entrepreneurs attractive schemes and financial support. They have designed with an objective of bridging the prevailing gap in the financial linkage and scattering banking facilities to the poor in rural and urban areas. Being a long term member of the group, a woman micro entrepreneur is able to expand her skills and stay away from exploitation and isolation. Stress causes a negative impact to them in the functions at workplace. The negative effects include losing willingness and interest to work, reduction in effectiveness and decreased efficiency .It also increases the level of rigidity and inflexibility concerned to job performance and creates a room for ignorance or to disrespect the rules, policies and regulations of the organization. The group leaders identi fy signs of stress, find out causes and report to the Co-ordinator, Kudumbashree, Alappuzha. A wide range of awareness program are conduct ed to assist the employees to improve stress management skills, medical camps to treat health problems due to stress, meditation to improve the mental strength, learn the skills of relaxation, motivation and increasing sel f confidence of women entrepreneurs.

Furthermore, modern medicine plays a key role in Medical Tourism because of its low cost and compatibility with medical systems in the developed countries. Patients from the West and the Middle East are flocking to India, specifically Kerala, for cardiology, nephrology, orthopaedics, cancer, and other medical procedures. STP Marketing- Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning, It is easy to understand and applying in the business which will definitely make a change the economic status. Segmentation of the market will help to understand the pros and cons of this sector. In Kerala, there are a number of speciality hospitals that provide efficient treatment for complicated medical conditions.

Purpose: Green or environmental Human Resource Management (GHRM) has became popular in recent years and there is a spate of conferences and researches going on in the area of green HRM, with these developments taking place GHRM also gaining the attention of academia and practitioners from all around the globe. Therefore there is a need to provide a comprehensive literature review so that further analysis can be carried out on the recommendations thus suggested, therefore this paper provide a comprehensive literature review in the area of Green Human Resource Management and try to identify scope, approaches and contexts to identify focus areas and also proposed areas for future researches. Design/Methodology/Approach: On the basis of comprehensive literature review approach researches were borrowed from many reputed journals and the researches from these journals became the inherent part of this paper. Multidimensional matrix was formed after the identification of six focus areas and six contextual variables. Findings: It is proposed that more than 40 articles would be reviewed in a process of performing comprehensive literature review as the research is growing significantly in the area of Green Human Resource Management from the last decade.
