Human resources play an important role in supporting the success of a company. Losing competent employees is an important problem for a company. The goal of this research is to investigate the direct and indirect impacts of the career development towards the turnover intention by means of two mediators, those are job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The quantitative data of this research are in the form of questionaries that are given to 132 respondents through purposive sampling using SEM-PLS method of analysis. The results of this study shows that career development has a negative effect on turnover intention, career development has a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has no effect on turnover intention, career development has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a negative effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, the inability of the job satisfaction to mediate the impact of career development towards turnover intention, and the role of the organizational commitment to mediate the impact of career development towards the turnover intention.
Etika bisnis adalah aturan-aturan yang menegaskan suatu bisnis boleh bertindak dan tidak boleh bertindak. Aturan-aturan tersebut dapat bersumber dari aturan tertulis maupun yang tidak tertulis. Jika suatu bisnis melanggar aturan-aturan tersebut, sanksi akan diterima. Sanksi tersebut dapat berbentuk langsung maupun tidak langsung. Manajemen dan seluruh karyawan PT. Control Systems Arena Para Nusa wajib mengikuti etika bisnis dan pedoman perilaku yang berlaku. Dengan menerapkan etika bisnis yang baik di dalam lingkungan perusahaan, dapat membangun reputasi perusahaan yang baik di mata pelanggannya. Perusahaan yang memiliki reputasi yang baik di mata pelanggannya, dapat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pelanggan dalam membeli produk atau jasa yang akan digunakannya. Reputasi yang baik dapat meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing terhadap perusahaan tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etika bisnis Pada PT. Control Systems Arena Para Nusa dapat memengaruhi kualitas terhadap barang atau jasa yang dihasilkan sehingga dapat diterima oleh pelanggan dan dapat mencapai kepuasan pelanggan.
Good corporate governance (GCG) is a system that organizes and controls a company to create value added to all stakeholders. Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 is an approach done by the company in running business by maximizing the company competitiveness through improvement that is done continuously towards goods, services, resources, process, and environment. The descriptive research and literature research methods used in this article show that the implementation of quality management system at PT. CS could create a good corporate governance, viz could provide a more structured company management system so that it could produce better goods and services quality. The result of this research shows that GCG which the company applies through the implementation of quality management system is well materialized. The success of the implementation of quality management system could be proven by the customer trust towards the goods and services that the company produces. The rate of customer trust could influence the growth of the economy of the company so that the company goal to reach maximum profit could be reached and thus increasing the company accountability so that it gives long term value towards shareholders without neglecting other stakeholders’ interests.
