The existence of Guidance and Counseling Teachers as one of the educators has the task of developing the potential and independence of students. Therefore, the competence of the BK teacher is needed in shaping the student's personality to become a superior person which is applied in the school environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the personality competencies of BK teachers and their impact on students' personalities. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Kerinci. The population in this study were 399 students, the sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a sample of 120 people. Furthermore, to determine the extent of the teacher's personality competence, a sample of 3 BK teachers was taken. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire, a questionnaire about the personality competencies of teachers and students. Data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis. Based on data analysis, it was found that the highest aspect of teacher competence is faith and piety to God Almighty, while the highest aspect of student personality is displaying noble character.
This study aimed to analyze the students' motivation to learn physics at high school in Kerinci Regency. Methods This research is a survey research with the type of Cross-Sectional Survey. This study indicates that the average motivation for learning physics for male students is 15.50, with a standard deviation of 3.44. In contrast, female students have an average of 16.7, with a standard deviation of 2.39. In conclusion, the average learning motivation of female students is higher than that of male students, and the learning motivation of male students is significantly different compared to the explanation of female students.

<em><span>The study aims to determine the difference in adolescents ' creativity is reviewed from the role of androgynous and non-androgynous sex. This research uses quantitative methods. The research Data is obtained from sex role scale (BSRI) and Figural test of type B sub Test 3 (circle). The sample in this research is the students of XI SMA Negeri 4 </span><span lang="EN-ID">Sungai Penuh</span><span>. The number of samples in this study was 84 people. The results showed that there was no difference between the creativity of teenagers who had androgynous sex roles and teenagers who had non-androgynous sex roles (P = 0646, p > 0.05). From the results of this study can be concluded that in addition to the sex role factors, psychological safety factor and psychological Freedom factor also determines the development of individual creativity.</span></em>
