Resumo: A fiscalização de contratos na administração pública, conquanto fundamental para o bom funcionamento dos projetos e programas, não tem merecido o mesmo cuidado Palavras-chave: Gestão do conhecimento; Aprendizagem organizacional.; Administração pública.Abstract: Contract inspecting in public management, though essential for the functioning operation of projects and programs, have not been given the same care and support other bidding procedures have. The contract inspectors are not an organically-structured group, and this hinders the utilization of conventional training. The role of contract inspectors in public universities requires heterogeneous skills and knowledge, including thorough knowledge of legislation and operational practices of maintaining efficient management policies that satisfy the public interest. This paper investigates the challenges faced by these professionals and analyzes the learning mechanisms associated to the inspecting activity. The methodological tool is based on the case study strategy, making use of structured interviews and document analysis. The results point to the existence of weaknesses in the inspection process, confirming the need to hone and develop the skills of public agents assigned to the monitoring of outsourced service contracts in the university in question.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar como os blogs fitness influenciam o estilo de vida dos seus leitores. Buscou-se compreender a percepção dos leitores em relação ao estilo de vida saudável, para posteriormente identificar os critérios de escolha na hora de seguir um blogs e analisar a interação com a página. Foi realizado uma observação não participante utilizando a netnografia, para captar mais a fundo as questões referentes ao tema, na qual foram analisados o conteúdo e os comentários dos seguidores do Blog da Mimis durante o mês de outubro de 2016. A análise dos estudos permitiu identificar as diferenças de percepção do público masculino e feminino sobre o assunto e as razões levadas em consideração na escolha da página preferida. This work has as objective analyze the influence of fitness blogs on the lifestyle of readers. It seeks to understand readers' perceptions regarding healthy lifestyle, to later identify the criteria chosen at the time of following a blog and analyze the interaction with the page. A non-participant observation was made using netnography, to get a deeper understanding of the issues surrounding the theme, the content and the followers' comments of the Blog da Mimis was analyzed during the month of October 2016. The analysis of the studies allowed to identify the differences of perception of the masculine and feminine public on the subject and the reasons taken into account in the choice of the preferred page.
