718typically around 1 × 10 − 5 M . The aggregation of these diblock copolymers may depend on concentration, [ 32 ] which may also affect the quenching behavior. Future studies will be directed to test this effect.
Frontispiece: Selective quenching of the dual fluorescence from poly(fluorene) and poly(thiophene) blocks of the cationic, all‐conjugated AB diblock copolymer poly[9,9‐bis(2‐ethylhexyl)fluorene]‐b‐poly[3‐(6‐trimethylammoniumhexyl) thiophene] bromide (PF2/6‐b‐P3TMAHT) is shown to provide a sensitive and selective ratiometric method for sensing halide ions, single and double stranded DNA. It has potential for both analysis and imaging of other negatively charged species of chemical and biological interest. Further details can be found in the article by S. M. Fonseca,* R. P. Galvão, H. This paper reviews the recent work developed on ISTTOK. A wide variety of diagnostic tools, instrumentation and systems have been developed demonstrating that small tokamaks can play an important role in the fusion community. Furthermore, a physics programme has been carried out with particular emphasis on the control and characterization of the edge fluctuations. Recently, the ISTTOK programme has also dedicated particular attention to the development of plasma facing components being both liquid metal limiters and nanostructured materials.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
